I was amazed that two guys could knocked out my AC replacement in one day but they did it. Left everything cleaner than how they found it. I appreciated the different options they provided above the basic install. I did not mind paying extra because I knew exactly what I was getting. They were extremely friendly, on time and fast. I would recommend SMW to anyone who has AC needs. Over the years my old dying AC was worked on by numerous companies/people. None were as good as SMW. I am a customer for life.

It went great! Scott did a great job and went above and beyond by showing me how to clean my coils periodically to help keep them clean so the unit runs more efficiently. He was awesome! I would definitely use them again.

Someone came out, assessed the situation, and the next day, a team arrived to replace the rusty stand. I also bought a 5-year maintnance plan for my cooler, which is great because I have always had a problem finding someone to service it.

The service went very well, the technician was very polite; he did everything, he checked all the rooms if the Air Conditioning System is working. Work performed was under our maintenance plan package. I highly recommend this company.

You can't let your AC go in Arizona.?We have a contract so they don't charge for the inspections. They are just fine, we have no problems with them.

Installers were as scheduled, worked hard and completed in a day. They had to work in a hot attic on one of the hottest days of the month and didn't complain. When completed, they cleaned up all the mess before leaving.

It went awesome! They were great to work with. Right on time and were finished when they said they would be. They made sure they cleaned up after they were done. We had to have them come back (because of our schedule) for the insulation and the AeroSeal process however, again, they were on time and were done within the time frame they gave us (actually they were ahead of schedule on both of the last two). I would highly recommend this company for any HVAC service. Also, the owner, Scott was amazing as well. He actually came in and did the electrical part and followed up on his technicians work personally.

I can't say enough about how well I was treated by this company, and in particular by the owner Scott, during the installation -- and I continue to be treated well whenever I have questions about my new systems. This is so important to me when choosing a service provider. I watched them put in my neighbor's system, and. I was so impressed with their care and professionalism, that I wrote down the name from the truck and called them several months later when my own system went down. I am sensitive to both dust and chemicals, and Scott gave me all the personal attention necessary to ensure that my concerns were heard and answered. These folks are authentic, they do quality work, the prices are reasonable, and they care about their customer's satisfaction. Based on my own experience, I would highly recommend them.

Highly recommend this company.  Was contacted via phone to see if I was interested in general checkup of my air conditioning system.  As a new transplant to Arizona, I know how critical the air conditioning unit can be! 
Kevin came out and did the inspection.  He was pleasant and patient with my questions and concerns.  After the inspection, he said it didn't find any issues with my system.  That in itself sold me on this company - the honesty of it's people.  
I decided to go with a multiple year maintenance plan which includes both the air conditioner and furnace cleaning and inspection.

received phone call for a discounted inspection on air conditioning system. they arrived right on time, inspected system and reviewed results. At no time was there any pressure to have any work done to our system. They simply went over the options that I had available to me and gave me a rough estimate on the approximate cost of the work. I had always been a little nervous of HVAC companies calling for a discounted inspection so I checked them out on my.angieslist.com and the Better business bureau. They had great reviews. After agreeing to have the work done and completing the paperwork the owner of the business Scot showed up to review my work order. (yes the owner) After Scot and myself had reviewed the work that I wanted completed he gave me a final estimate on the total cost. On the day the work was to be completed the new equipment that was going to be installed showed up before the workers. This was okay because they already informed me that this was going to happen. Scot showed up shortly after that and began removing my old AC compressor out side before his crew arrived. The crew arrived at 0800 just as promised. All the crew members were very professional and courteous to me and my family. Since the work I had requested was the total replacement of my AC system the time it was all completed was at 1800. After everything was installed and tested They cleaned up after themselves putting my home back into it's original condition. (They even cleaned the dust off my ceiling fans.) Before they all left they ensured that I knew how to operate the new digital control panel by all methods. i.e. Smart phone and computer. The last item left on the agenda was to give me my final bill. Surprise, it was exactly the same as the estimate that I had received. I would recommend SMW Refrigeration & Heating  to anybody that Is worried about having a quality job done right the first time. I love the new Train system they installed and would give them an A+.
