Great ethical company and good services! Matt came out to repair our system and luckily it was just a bad Thermostat

John came out to do the semiannual maintenance and was quick, clean and professional. He arrived on time and started checking. He had to replace a part on the unit which he did quickly. I also had him put in a hard start kit and that was done efficiently. This is great company and all the employees I have met are good people. I would suggest them if you need a good company

I'm way up in the far north valley, not easy to get service technicians up here on short notice, and it was the hottest day of the year but they managed to get someone out here by 2pm (on a Sunday - incredible!) Scott McFarland showed up, diagnosed and solved the issue in short order, carefully described the issue, why option A was preferred over options B and C (which he offered - totally refreshing approach to customer service) and did his magic. So far all of the guys at Rescue One have been awesome (they installed 2 new units for me in 2020 and they were super impressive, efficient, courteous - and had good humor) but I want to pay special props to Scott, he's next level. I'm very appreciative of the guidance he shared, and the personal touch was unmatched. A+++, highly recommended.

Scott came by and did an excellent job with the maintenance of my air conditioning unit. I feel like weâ re all friends heâ s been here before.

Darren inspected the ducts to see if they needed cleaning and they did. He set up an appointment for me with Scott who did a great job on the cleaning. Scott is friendly and professional. He explained what the was doing, cleaned up after the job and left me a very happy customer! I would highly recommend this company.

Rescue One Air installed an air conditioning system and went above and beyond. I had previous air flow issues which none of the other contractors even addressed. They added a second return and all my hot spots are gone. This new set up is amazing. from the front office to the installers to the quality control check after install. Wow!! I highly recommend Rescue One Air to everyone!

All in all they offer fast service, good quality, reasonable prices but have the tendency to attempt to convince you to purchase additional services & parts.

Our AC went out at 5:30 pm when the temperature outside was 118. By 7 pm Cory arrived at our door. He was very kind and informative as I watched what he was doing to get our AC going. Within the hour, our AC was up and running. The price for the after hours service call was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend "Rescue One Air" as they truly rescued us! Ask for Cory! He is excellent!
