Everything has been working fine since they left.
There was confusion after the first repair attempt about what we would be paying for -- the repairman told us we had to pay for the board he'd first installed even though it wasn't needed -- it didn't fix the problem. I thought we should have to pay only a restocking fee. The repairman told us the second board would be supplied "free" -- but he explanation for why didn't make sense to me. I called the office, and they simply contacted the repairman and told him to call us and clear it up. He repeated that we'd get the repair done at the original quote, basically getting two boards for the price of one (but only one of the boards was needed).
So, the service was excellent, but I have my doubts about the pricing and pricing method. The bill I received did not itemize parts and labor. I think the company should quote parts and labor separately, so we know what we're paying for.
If not for the doubts about the parts pricing and handling of parts, I would happily give this company an A.
