Overall the job was excellent and the gentlemen that did the work were very through, friendly and knowledgeable about the work they were doing. I have NO complaints or concerns about the flooring, it came out very nice and we are quite pleased.

We had Bryce and Jeff two of the top installers of the company complete the Polyaspartic Polyera garage floor as well as our front porch. We booked our appointment at the Phoenix Home Show and were very pleased how it turned out. It looks great.They arrived on time and were very efficient in explaining the process prior to beginning the job. We had checked out their company prior to the install. This coating is very strong. When moving things back a compound miter saw fell off a tool chest onto the floor, and did not leave a scratch! The team focuses on quality workmanship and is pleasant to work with, showed up on time, and worked non-stop.

The team at Guardian was super helpful. We had our maintenance shop done and 3 bathrooms. They walked me thru the steps and schedule to make sure everything went as planned. They were on top of any issues and communicated immediately with anything that needed addressed. We love the floors and look forward to doing business with them again on other projects.

Floor looks amazing. Best epoxy floor I've ever seen. The application around cabinets and baseboards was done to perfection. cleanup was also perfect, nothing left behind. 2 car garage was completed in less than 6 hours. floor was dry enough to walk on in less than 8 hours and I parked my car on it 2 days later.

Fantastic experience. I was hesitant at first since I didn't want to commit to the in person estimate. Glad I did since the work was fast and perfect. They even helped me move some objects that were too much for me. I was very impressed with the follow up when the general manager came back to help me move the items back 3 days later himself. Problem: I had a two-year-old epoxy coated garage floor that had stains that had soaked into the top layer of the epoxy coating and could not be removed. Search: Began a search for a higher quality and tougher garage floor coating. Thatâ s when I encountered Guardian Garage Floors of Phoenix and their four-step process that uses Polyaspartic Polyurea rather than epoxy. A material that is many times stronger and much more attractive in overall appearance. Process: In my 70+ years I have never enjoyed working with a business more than I have the team from Guardian Garage Floors (office located in Tempe, Arizona). From the in-home consultation with Jon, to questions getting answered and the process scheduled with office staff Audrey and Megan, to the outstanding application and attention to detail work performed by Bryce and Jeff. This was a very personable and professional team. Final Result: My wife and I could not be more pleased the with final appearance of our garage floor in the grey â Wombatâ color. My wife says it is just stunning. Weâ ve already had neighbors tell us they wish they had known about the Guardian process before they had their garage floors coated. We are now looking forward to having our driveway completed later this year.

Our experience with Guardian Garage Floors was outstanding. If we could give 10 stars, we would. From our first contact to arrange an estimate through completion, everyone we dealt with were very professional, customer oriented and friendly. Jon from Sales met us at our new home as it was close to being completed and provided great guidance and suggestions for our garage floor and patio project. There was never any pressure sales tactics. Rather, he explained the process and helped us select the color and chip style that fit our home. He most definitely knew the product & process. Next up was Audrey, who worked her magic to get us scheduled right after closing and before moving everything into the garage. She kept us up to date and well informed throughout the process. On the day of the install, Bryce and Mike showed up right on time and explained how the day would go. They are very customer focused and wanted to be sure we were happy and satisfied with the work. They let us know that if there was anything we saw after the job was completed, all we had to do was call and they would be out to address it. The work was of the highest quality and the project turned out fantastic!! Guardian Garage Floors clearly knows what the term â customer serviceâ truly means. We wholeheartedly recommend Guardian to anyone wanting their garage floor and patios turned into beautiful parts of their homes.
