Honesty and quality are hard to find in most companies hired for repair work. This was not the case in my experience with This company. Carlos came to identify a water leak. It happened to be with my sprinkler system, so he called their sprinkler guy to come fix. Also, looked at my water heater, which I was going to replace anyway and said he could do it then and get it up to code. First water heater that was delivered by another Will's employee didn't fit the small space I have for my water heater, so Carlos went and found one that would fit. All of this started on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 and by the time all was complete with the install, it was after 6:00, but he never made me feel like he was rushing to get out of there. Very nice, informative and courteous.
