They have a "great" sales force. They recommended we replace the whole water line. We did! I'm sure it will survive the nuclear winter! LOL. Great service worker. Cleaned everything up very nice! Have hired before and WILL hire again if need be!

Besides being expensive, look out for the add ons! Quoted job with "extra" items only to find out they were part of a pay for membership plan. I, for one, don't like surprises. Customer service was, for the most part, responsive. One representative didn't know if I was eligible for a senior or military discount. She never did return my call with an answer. Seemed to be lots of lag time waiting for a quote which didn't come until the next day. This company is not the old Will Fix it that I knew back in the early 80's !
