Richard, the technician, is doing a great job. Very professional and really cares about delivering a quality product. My service issue was out of the ordinary so it was more expensive than what I thought it should be but the reality is you pay for quality work with guarantees. Will use again.

John with All Pro was outstanding. The water heater was at a rent house my elderly brother lives in. All Pro is the only company that offered to fix the water heater instead of replacing.
