TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH. The company came to my home and gave me a quote after walking the entire area and going over the work. My quote/estimate received was for $2200 for all work discussed and went over during the walk through. There was one small opening that needed to be made in the ceiling to the attic for an attic lift which they did not include in the original quote and he told me this specifically. Later the owner sent me a message that it was an additional $200. To do the opening in the ceiling and I agreed. Then I spoke to the owner numerous times about additional drywall touchups that they did not include on the original estimate I was told, which he said were going to be an additional $60.00. Because it was a nominal amount I just agreed to get the job completed. After the entire job was completed the owner sent me an invoice for payment that was over $3,600, $1150 higher than the original estimate and the agreed upon additional items.

Did a great job repairing and texturing my small drywall project. The drywall person was professional and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Payment was sent after project completion easily with Apple Pay.

He showed up on time, was very nice, and did excellent work. Paid the agreed upon estimate with no hassle. Great experience.

David & Sam did an amazing job. They were quick and beyond efficient. They repaired the drywall in my walk in shower and also replaced the tiles that had to be removed because of a plumbing leak. You cannot tell any difference between the new and old. They cleaned up beautifully. I highly recommend Gaylord Restoration. The price was great. David & Sam are both highly skilled and very nice. They will be my go to for other projects in the future.

I was very pleased with the work, but I don’t like surprises and the quote they gave us was $1750, now that it’s time to pay it’s $2250. Better communication would have helped.

Sam is the sweetest and most genuine person to work in my home.
