We purchased a shuffleboard table from Diamondback Billiards in Gilbert. The service has been outstanding. Rusty worked with us to find something that would work with our budget, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the table is beautiful. We also had a service call to adjust the table, and the guys that came out were meticulous in making sure the table was balanced, and that we were happy with everything before they left. Overall, it has been a great experience and we would highly recommend them to our friends and family.

We could not have had a better experience. Salesmen were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable. Each time we called to check on status of the order, we received great service. Delivery men called in advance as we had requested, and the table was expertly put together. The salesman even called to verify what we ordered. Everything went smoothly.

Purchased new Olhausen table, traded in older Olhausen table. Rusty and Dekota were terrific. Both were patient, considerate and were concerned about having a good fit for home decor and lifestyle over just 'selling a pool table'. Super nice, professional and based on earlier experience with Olhausen, it's the only table I would purchase again (and I did)..my older table was fine and in very good condition but I needed an entirely different wood color. I got such a nice deal on a new purchase it did not pay to refinish, change interior decor in the room or even buy something used. I look forward to my delivery and having more wonderful games on this new Olhausen 7 footer!

Everything was great from the get go.  Rusty is very knowledgeable, very professional and very honest.  I met with him at their store in Tempe to go over cloth color and pocket selection.  They have a huge selection of cloths (brands, colors, and quality), pockets, and accessories for not only billiards but any sort of gaming room you may want or have.
The guys who came to the house to do the work were great, very courteous, very friendly, and professional.  The work they performed was top notch and the table looks brand new again.
Everything Diamondback Billiards did for me was great and I will be a customer for life.  Thank you so much for the work, you made my dad's  Christmas present better than I had imagined.

Not as good as expected. Missed call at 4:30 the day before scheduled setup - equipment ordered did not arrived; headed to reschedule. Blamed it on did not return call, ordered required equipment one day after scheduling appointment.

A former employee sold me a pool que rack, to be picked up after assembley, at a price that was substantially less than what it should have been.  After determining what had taken place, the owner agreed to honor the pricing, despite the signifcant difference.  I was totally impressed with the integrity displayed and would highly recommend Diamondbacks Billiards to anyone.ther

My husband and I visited Diamondback Billiards in search of our third pool table.  We worked with Rusty, the owner.  What a wonderful experience.  Rusty gave us personalized service.  He was patient, even stayed after hours, so we could take our time. 
His priority was to help us select the right table for us and not just to make a sale.  He is very knowledgeable about the products, woods and accessories. We ordered the table, went home and talked about what a great guy he was and how fairly we were treated and returned the next day or so and ordered a café table and two chairs.  The pool table was delivered and setup with expertise and now I can?t get my husband away from it!  It is perfect and a beautiful piece of furniture that looks fabulous in our home.

I have been in sales and sales management for more than 30 years and when I make a major purchase, I evaluate both the product and the sales person.  Recently, my wife and I purchased our 3rd Olhausen pool table.  Based upon my previous experience, I knew that I wanted to buy another Olhausen pool table because the quality, options, and workmanship are exceptional.  They have earned the reputation as ?The Best in Billiards?.  For this project, I met with and talked with three Olhausen dealers and was most impressed by Rusty Reynolds, President of Diamondback Billiards & Games.  Rusty is a true professional ? he is very knowledgeable, considerate, and provided excellent recommendations.  Furthermore, he was very patient (including staying after normal business hours) as he helped my wife, daughter, and me consider all options, styles, colors so we could select the perfect pool
table.   He also provided a very fair trade-in credit for our 20+ year old pool table and ensured that the pickup of the old table and the delivery and installation of the new table exceeded our expectations.  Thanks to Olhausen and Rusty, we have an incredibly beautiful, outstanding quality pool table.   

We attempted to find a used table without much success.  Rusty gave us advice on finding a good used table knowing we may not purchase from his store.  When we gave up on a used table, we returned to Diamondback and bought a custom table at the same price some of the used tables were running.  Rusty was knowledgeable and worked with us to make sure we were satisfied with the table and accessories.  The installation was professional and the staff very pleasant.  We had a terrific experience and love our new pool table.
