The work was being done at a rental property we own.  Generally all went well in the end.  Had a few issues along the way.  The salesman came promptly, as did the slab measurement team. 

Scheduling work was problematic.  They set up a schedule, and arrived promptly to start work, but realized later (after digging holes in the yard for the micro piers) that they didn't have the building permit.  There was a month delay waiting on the building permit, with little information regarding status.  Once they got the permit they appeared to reschedule the micro piers with little said about the moisture management system.  After starting work, they decided not to install one of the micro-piers that was to be installed in the patio after they already cut the patio slab.  They didn't repair the cut.  Once they were finished the micro piers and mud jacking to level the slab they asked for full payment, at which time I asked if they installed the moisture management system.  They couldn't readily answer so I refused to sign off that all work was completed.

They contacted me a few days later to say they thought the moisture management system was already installed, but would verify.  They did schedule a future appointment a month later to install the moisture management system just in case it had not already been installed.  It turned out that it was not installed. When installing it, they originally indicated the vent stack for the system would be hidden in an inside closet.  They did try to install it in the closet, but the closet they chose was not appropriate, but the didn't check before hand and drilled 3" holes through many of the shelves in the closet and even drilled through the dry wall, only realizing the had an issue when the renter pointed out that they could see the drill sticking out above the closet "bump out" in the kitchen.  They did contact us to let us know they didn't find a suitable inside location, and would have to install it outside.  They did  complete the work, but never repaired the damage inside the closet.  Additionally, the vent stack is very prominent (hard to blend in with the rest of the house).  We also never received an invoice or notice to let us know the work was completed, but received a rather insistent call that we were overdue in payment. Apparently they sent the invoices to the rental address and we weren't notified.  Finally they point the name of our renter on the invoice, which resulted in confusion with the renter thinking they were somehow responsible for paying. 

To their credit they did work with us to resolve the damages left in the house, and they did stick to their estimate even though the outside moisture management venting was more expensive.  So we were left feeling things were a little sloppy, but generally they are a good company.

I had a foundation issue. I had some cracks in the house. They gave me an estimate of what it would take to repair. I plan to use them to perform the repairs in the near future.

They were  on time  and courteous, The work  they performed was done as stated, my only complaint is they left huge track marks in our yard from the equipment and did nothing to fill them in.

After purchasing our home, we called Arizona Foundation Solutions to investigate a sloping floor issue.  Frank came out immediately and did a thorough inspection of our house and foundation.  With his information the engineers were able to determine that a portion of our foundation was sinking.  Although the report, scheduling and permitting took a while, once the work started we were very pleased.  Victor Mendoza and his crew member Alex were the best.  Victor's knowledge and pride in his work was very evident. He took the the time to thoroughly explain the entire process and answered all of our questions about smart jacks, piers and underpinnings.  His experience really came through with the lifting of the house.  We were very pleased with the results and would recommend this company to anyone needing a resolution to foundation problems.

Had initial meeting with Solutions Consultant, who inspected the cracked areas and looked around the entire house for other problems, measured the footage where concrete patching would be needed, and wrote up the contract for repair work to be done.  When the actual repair work was done, they were very professional, showed me how the pilings were placed and explained the process as I watched them work.  The overall work seems to have been done well.  
The only disappointment was that the initial Consultant apparently underestimated the footage needing patching repairs, so one entire section that I had been told would be patched was not done--they said they could only do up to 21 ft of patching and the undone area would have required them to do more footage than was contracted for.  So I'm not totally satisfied about that and will need to reschedule again if I want them to do more patching--a large inconvenience.

House inspector had stated that there were areas of spalling in house foundation.  AFS was highly recommended so I contacted them. Appointment made.  Date of appointment came but AFS did not arrive.  Upon contacting AFS, they stated they had misplaced appointment information, so rescheduled ten days later, which they said was their next available opening.  On second appointment date, Rick arrived promptly and was professional and carefully inspected the house.  He stated that the inspector had erred in his appreciation of the foundation and their was no structural concerns whatsoever.  In fact, some areas previously of identified concern by the house inspector, Rick stated, were rough surfaced based on the original way the build occurred.  Upon discussion, we did agree that AFS would perform some aesthetic repairs to the foundation in hopes of eliminating concerns in the future (since the house was being sold).  He clearly marked and measured the areas for repair  and assessed a price per foot.  Rick told me that I would be contacted for a date for the repair.  Rick called to determine status and I told him that I had not yet received an appointment date or call for repair appointment.  Rick stated he would call his office and, in turn, I received a call.  Appointment was made.  The repairs were scheduled and occurred as agreed.  The service quality was excellent, except for one crack, which upon drying, was not closed.  I called the office to make payment and subsequently received two email bills - and it required an email and two calls for them to locate the payment and apply it to the account and discontinue the billing.

Ryan came out to review the crack in the foundation and make a recommendation.  He was professional and educated us on the different ways to repair the crack.  He made a recommendation to "crack stitch" as the repair option.
The crew showed up on time and did a great job. They were nice, helpful and respectful of the property. 
All in all a good experience.

Jack is friendly and knowledgable in his business.  After the free evaluation Jack suggested that I could perform the work myself.  He was very willing to fix the problem but suggested that I could do this straight-forward job myself and save money.  Jack is a honest man and I highly recommend him and his company.

Ryan from ram jack came after i contacted Ram jack and few other company about my house settlement issue. Ryan from Ram jack advice a structural engineer to review the level of my home. So we went ahead and had them do the report with an structural engineer. Now it did cost us I think 400 to 500 dollars to do this report but was well worth it to have it done right. This process did take a little well but was worth the wait. In the end I had ram jack fixed my porch, for pennies of what others wanted and a better warranty then anyone else I found. The crew cleaned up was amazing, the guys where fast and a delight. So a special thank you to a honest company! I don't want to forget to mention that they have a bank who offer a 60 month interest free, yes interest free loans to qualified credit costumers!!!! Thank u!!!!!!! Ryan is great and now I feel great about my home again.
