Terrible they had to come back three times to fix the problem so it wasn't a good experience at all. They were nice people they just didn't fix the problem the first time. They just didn't know what they were doing.

I never really had any problems with Sears. The service they did for us has been limited. I have had had carpet cleaning over the years as well. They were quick to respond and they took care of the service. They had to order that particular part for a day or two. It was taken care quickly, effectively and very much to my satisfaction.

The "repairman," Clark, took the back panel off the control housing, found a tattered piece of paper in there (a small schematic for the controls, I think), announced that it was rodent damage and refused to do anything other than put the panel back on. Astonished, I asked him what I was supposed to do, and he told me, "Buy a new one." $80 lighter in the wallet I went out after he was gone and, lo and behold, while this was my fault for not checking, the GFI breaker on the plug had been popped and needed to be reset. I should have checked it first, but a REPAIRMAN definitely should have checked it, and he simply announced that my machine didn't work because of rodent damage and took the cash.

Fine. But they come out and they usually find the problem and fix it. One time they had to get a part for our refrigerator, oh they was one that they had to come out no I guess it was a few months ago they had to get there was a part missing in the front to our refrigerator and they had to order the part and it came in and it was fixed. Our door it was a refrigerator it was duel door you know a freezer on one side and the refrigerator side wouldn't catch so it was like the magnetic or something so they knew right away what it was and they just had to order the part and got it in and bomb good as new. He worked great, very nice, came on time;

It's been a while, Sears is sub contracting to  I think it's A&E and it wasn't anything spectacular but it wasn't bad. It took him a little while to get out here and then they had to order the parts.

The pricing was a little expensive but I could not do anything about that. They were timely with the repair. They were responsive and they showed up on time. They cleaned up after the project as well.

They were good. I had a coupon, it was like $99. They looked at the washer and dryer and then they had to make a repair. I gave them a C only because they didn't really fix the problem, it came right back. The price was good. They were right on time. I would give them an A for professionalism, they did a really good job. The guy was nice. I would use them again because it is a Sears washer.

The 1st two technicians said it needed two parts. They replaced one the other not needed, still leaked the one of the 1st techs came out 2 more times still leaking, but not at all times, had to call a 4th time, still had a leak, 5 th time it was finally figured out what was wrong. The machine did not even need the new tub ring, they wouldn't put the orig. back. I would never use Sears again, even if they paid me for their services. This was a nightmare!

Purchased the Elite Kenmore refrigerator on Dec 1, 2014. I noticed it didn't seem too cold around early March and called Sears Service. After about a week, on March 25th, a service tech came to check it, and decided the problem due to the cooling coil freezing up. He said that the controller circuit was bad. He didn't have any parts available and had to order the controller and the rear inside panel (which he thought would break in removing). A week later the parts arrived, and on April 6th the tech returned and spent about 30 minutes installing the controller. The rear panel was not required and was returned.

I had a new refrigerator that would only cool to around 50 degrees for at least 3 weeks!

I would rate Sears Service as POOR.

I'm only glad I didn't purchase the $800+ warranty the sales lady tried to push. I'm sure I can find a company thru Angie's List that can repair a refrigerator in less then 3 weeks!

not well.  Wasn't willing to pay for part upfront with refund if it didn't work.  If they had tried it and it worked, I would have gladly paid the $500.00.
