Jakob was amazing. He came in and went straight to work inspecting EVERYWHERE, pointing to possible things to watch for. I have to say he was top tier on his job. Totally impressed with his professionalism.

I called Restoration 1 after my dishwasher leaked. They came out same day. Jakob Hough, the service technician, was very friendly and reassuring. After inspecting the damage he actually told me that there no risk of mold exposure and gave me a recommendation for a handyman to repair the cabinet water damage. He even gave the area a complementary spray treatment just in case. I highly recommend this company. They are responsive, friendly, and honest.
