Peter was very professional and knowledgeable and he arrived on time. I already had a sound system in place and thought I just wanted someone to install a new TV. Instead, Peter integrated the new set into a 'single' component with one remote instead of the three I was used to using. He explained everything as he worked and cleaned up when he was finished. I am very happy with the job he did.

Peter and his team are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He took time to educate us on the system and made it easy for us to use. They clean up after their work. We are thrilled with our new system.

Peter was fantastic! He arrived the day after I contacted him. He was extremely professional and did exactly as we asked (audio hookup and TV stand and wall mounts). He even offered suggestions and improved what we had in mind at a very affordable price. He also left everything perfectly clean! We will be calling him again soon because he did such a great job. (Note: He does charge a bank fee if you use a credit card, which we did not know when we asked to use our AMEX.)

The gentleman was very nice and respectful. He went immediately to work. I needed a soundbar to be hooked up and even though it was a small project he treated it as a multi million dollar project. He is definitely in my favorite pros.

The company does amazing work. However they are not very good with scheduling and keeping appointments.

Peter and his assistant came to install surround sound and mount a TV. Peter finished the job with no issues and was able to simplify the new complicated system we had installed. Now my family is able to enjoy sound throughout the kitchen living room and outdoor patio with options including cable internet and Bluetooth. They were able to mount the TV in our bedroom with a finish that made outlets and cable box invisible. Great work.

Peter Cano (owner/operator of Innovations in Automation) had the task of figuring out the problem, with a system that was fully installed by another company. I had many issues with equipment operations with the previous company, and contacted Peter to help with my surround sound issues. Peter called me same day after submitting my information on Home Advisor, and made an appointment to give me an estimate on my repair. He was able to figure out the equipment problem (he explained and showed me what he found), corrected the problem, did a trouble shoot with the unit he replaced ensuring every part of the system was operating appropriately, all within an hour and a half. Awesome demeanor, gave me exactly what i needed without trying to upsale me, and gave my living room quality theater sound again. I would easily recommend Innovations in Automation to anyone. Job well done!
