Horrible company. They did the worst install, cut all the corners and actually reused a 10+ year old elbow with air holes and flimsy material throughout resulting in leaking air outside not in the home. This is something no other ac company in the valley would ever do. The work was so shoddy that a brand new ac had persistent failure including not getting under 80 in the summer, faulty wiring and drainage. I finally got on the roof myself after a large reputable ac company showed me exactly why the ac had been malfunctioning so long: complete install failure. This company then promised to right their wrong and I spent months dealing with their no shows and last minute cancellations. They did something no other ac company in the valley would do. Install using an over 10 year old elbow that had holes and flimsy material throughout. Disturbing they are in business. After all this was realized and after waiting on them to correct it I missed the deadline to report them.

Hired Handy Andy's to install a new packaged heat pump on my roof and a new water heater. From the drawing up of the contract to the final installation every detail was done professionally. He recommended a Bosch inverter heat pump among his offerings and I'm glad he did. Andy himself performed the work and he is a true expert. His attention to detail and wanting to do the right thing is evident in his work. I wanted a quiet unit on the roof so he offered to install padding underneath the Bosch unit and a ductwork flex connector to eliminate any possible vibrations and noise in the house. He cleaned up after himself and made sure I was 100 per cent happy before he left. It is unbelievable how quiet my new heat pump is vs the Trane he replaced. Same with the water heater. Another perfect installation and cleanup. If you want a no nonsense job done correctly with no shortcuts Andy is your guy.
