I received three estimates, they were not the cheapest , but close. I like working with the people, they were on time and answered all my question in terms that I could understand. Work went off as planned. Adam came out and put the air conditioner on my roof, at the time he had to go in the attic and while up there found that some of duct work was losing its wrap. He suggested that I have it replaced. After he left I went up in the attic and checked myself and found out that it did need replacing
. Called owner Dan out and he looked and gave me a very good price on it. Work was done when I could not be home, when I got home I went into the attic again to check it out. Very pleased with what they had done. Adam and another young man came to do the vent work, wife says they were both pleasant to work with.He gave a price and after thinking about it we decided to have it replaced. I called back and scheduled the work for the next day and as before he arrived on time and did an excellent and speedy job of replacing the motor.
We tried Bell Air Conditioning due the recent poor service from our past provider.
What helped us choose this company was reading the reviews here on Angie's list along with the BBB and the more than reasonable fee.
Dan arrived on time, was very professional along with being friendly. He was extremely thorough and gave us perky pointers along the way. He told us things that will help the life of our units. Dan also did some extra things for us without added cost.
I also would like to commend his secretary who was very professional and nice.
We will definitely will call this company again.
Dan did not try to sell us anything, did what we asked, charged as advertised/quoted. Just an awesome experience.
