Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center-Sun City

I chose Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center-Sun City, because it was close and a "one stop" location. The physical address is 14820 N. Del Webb Blvd., Sun City, AZ 85351. All examinations, diagnosis, surgeries and new glasses were performed at the same location. I was given a complete evaluation of my visual needs and all exams and surgery were explained fully. The surgeries were virtually pain free with the nursing staff, anesthesiologist and surgeon very friendly, supportive and professional. All options and costs were fully explained with absolutely no "hard sell" tactics. Just for additional information, I was a standard medicare customer. I don't believe that I have ever before dealt with an entire office staff with a better attitude toward me as the customer. There is always someone on call who is available for any questions before and after the procedure. I would highly recommend them.

Went fine but the wait time is terrible.

Made an appointment for the next day.  Office was on time, people were nice and efficient, the appointment was without problems.  Will go back, would recommend, this was a good doctor and a well run office.

Dr Fintelmann efficiently examined my eyes and determined the severity of my developing cataracts. Rather than being overly anxious to get a sale by doing surgery now,he told me to wait on surgery because light sensitivity is my major complaint right now and he said that cataract surgery is likely to make my eyes more sensitive to light. He helped me to realize that there is no advantage to rushing the surgery, He was very courteous!

I was pleased with the surgery and the follow-up care. The doctor and the staff were professional and very pleasant and caring.

Dr. Duong was friendly, as well as extremely professional.  I was immediately at ease with her.

Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center is an amazingly efficient operation.  All staff are friendly and helpful.  The initial exam and subsequent taking of vitals by the physician's assistant took longer than the procedure itself!  All in all, a most pleasant experience.

At first I was real scared; big clinic, huge staff, lots of people in the waiting room. However, the staff was so kind and reassuring that I became more comfortable with each person I met and soon my uneasiness was minimal. At least a dozen different staff technicians and doctors were involved in the evaluation, exams, tests, photographs, scans, diagnosis and  sugary. I quickly learned that each person was highly specialized and trained just for their particular job. Even though it was kind of a production line, I felt good that the level of competence was top notch. After going through the tests and exams, I was convinced that it would be humanly impossible for a single person, or even a smaller office with staff to have the knowledge and training that I received at the ?big clinic?.
Dr. Graff was extremely skilled; the surgery was successful and better than expected. At least my vision is better now than what he said it might be. Although all ended well, Dr. Graff's bedside manner was straight to business with no dialogue other than the facts. He seamed almost "robotic" in that nothing was wasted and no time to spare. Don't get me wrong, I was not rushed, but It seams now like I never met the man. But, it's the results that count and in my case the results were good. The bottom line is; if I ever have vision or eye problems again, I am going back to this same clinic.
Oh, as a side note; the appointment times were very accurate. The evaluation and procedure required a total of six visits and I never had to wait more than a few minutes, not even long enough to get out my iPad. Their punctuality and promptness was awesome which helped greatly to relieve my anxiety.

The entire time from arrival to departure only took an hour and a half. His staff is friendly. They are organized. I was very happy with the results. He is very thorough.

The service is outstanding. The surgery only took five minutes. The whole wait time, surgery, and recovery time was only an hour and a half. I only have to wear reading glasses now. They perform many surgeries. They are very thorough. They are very organized.
