BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY. ALL ABOUT ROOFING came to my house to give me that estimate on my roof on October the 26th at 2pm with some other sales associate. JAKE came and give me the total cost right there in there he e-mail it to me. So after that day I was still making a decision who to hire for the job and for that I need it a couple of more days to make my decision. So on November the 8th I called JAKE and told him that we had made our decision to hire them for the job, so when he got to my house the same day on that afternoon I showed him the book of different color options that OWENS CORNINGS offer. I showed him a different shingle colors sample book from a different contractor that uses same type of shingles. JAKES sample book had only 6 color options with QUARY GRAY NOT been THERE. So I told him that I wanted QUARRY GRAY and he said that it's ok he'll make it happen for me. Also when I called him over the phone I told him that I was going to do the whole process through my insurance, I told him that over the phone and in person when he got to my house to sign the contract. So anyways I signed the contract give 50% money up front and he told me that they were going to start building on the week of the 12th of December. Once the day was getting closer he called me and told me that it was not going to be possible that week since they been so busy and working up north and it's been raining a lot over there, so I was little upset because I had made my plans with my family to go out of town on Friday the 16th for a week for our Christmas Vacation. So our vacations had to be push over for some other day. Jake told me that we were going to get build on the week of the 19th So we got upset but we understand what Jake told me. So the day finally had arrived they came on Friday December the 17th and finished on Monday the 19th. The next Day Tuesday 20 I received a CALL from SIERA NYGAARD HARRASING me over the phone to collect payment or the remaining balance. I remember that day because I was with my family doing the Christmas shopping. She called me trying to collect the remaining balance since the job was completed, I told her that I was waiting to get remaining balance payment from my insurance, I also told her that when I signed the contract I told her associate JAKE about it over that phone and in person. So she was telling me that was not what she has in the contract so we need to get the remaining balance because the job was completed. So I told her again what the agreement was with Jake and she still was going around in circles with the same thing that I needed to take care of remaining balance and if not she threaten me with going to a court process or legalities by putting a lien on my house. She was trying to intimidate me and scared me with that. So That's when I got upset and mad and raced my voice at her and told her to do whatever she wants. Hasn't been not even days or weeks that the jobs has been completed and she's harassing me like a collection company. With all due respect she needs a lot to improved on her communication skills when directing to a customer. Long Story short since I got lots more things to say about this bad company I can easily write another 2-3 pages about their dirty crew that came to my house and left trash and debris behind, broken glass of their drinks on my street and big Nails everywhere. Please take my bad experience and DON'T HIRE THIS Company ALL ABOUT ROOFING. And who ever you hire make sure you get everything they promise in writing and if possible record the conversation about everything you agree upon with the sales associate. This Company ALL ABOUT ROOFING, LLC end up installing different color of shingles that I didn't agree(QUARRY GRAY) OR WANT.

Great company to work with! From the quote to final cleanup the team was on it. The quality of the materials and the work performed was top notch. They worked me in to the schedule quickly and communicated what the process and timeline would be. They replaced rotted wood and broken tiles and the finished roof looks great! I told Logan that this is the first time in many years where I felt like I truly got my moneyâ s worth on a big project!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to several friends already.
