They were very good.  They come back if we need things or if we have problems.  They go through everything with us and talked to us about it.  If we have problems they will come out anytime.

If I need them to come inside and take care of a pest problem, they would.  You can call them anytime in between their visits and they will come out and do treatments any time without any extra charge.  $118 that I pay is kind of a maintenance thing so they prevent tarantulas or scorpions and what not coming into your house.  They send the same person out each time but it is actually he that is the face of the company for me and he is the one who makes it good.  He is very friendly, he is real easy to talk to and a real nice guy.  He would do any kind of application that you want him to do.  I have been dealing with them for many years and since they come out on a quarterly basis, I haven’t had to deal with any insect problem in many years.

If I have a problem, they come right out. The longest I have had to wait for them to come out was 3 days. They are prompt and really effective. They never tell me they can't do anything. There is always some solution for whatever bug problem I might have. I would give them an A+ for everything. They have good reviews and a competitive price. They are very clean and make sure to tell me to put my dog up while they are at my house.
