SERVICE MASTERS

I needed a repair on an evaporative cooler and THOUGHT I made an appointment for them to complete the work, but it seems that if you do not speak to the lady in the office then your scheduled appointment never happens.  I called them two more times to set an appointment and finally had an appointment (only because I talked to the lady in the office).  The date of the appointment came and went and they were no-shows and claimed that they called and let messages. Of course I was upset after 3 WEEKS of messing around with this company and called to complain.  They immediately dropped me as a customer and told me to never call their company again.  Not a problem there.  If you need something repaired by this company, be prepared for a long wait with many excuses, lousy customer service skills, and overall rudeness.

He gave me estimates from $600 to $1500 saying that my compressor was bad, I called another company to get a second opinion. It turned out that the filter needed to be changed (water form the AC freezing had caused mildew to build up in the AC). I called Service Masters to complain and was hung up on. I am very disatistified with their service.
