This was my second visit to Horne Collision because someone hit my car in the Walmart parking lot and did not leave a note! Horne did a great job on my car last time and they did a great job this time too... I couldn't get my car in right away because they were really busy... I guess that comes from being the best! The car was drivable so I didn't mind. They worked out everything with Allstate for me and even helped me with a rental car. The people at Horne Collision are great! They are very friendly and helpful.... you feel that they really care about you. Great job as always.... Thank you Horne Collision!

I was really surprised to find a body shop of this caliber in the White Mountains ... at first I thought I should take my Cadillac to the valley to be fixed ... I hit an Elk and the front of my car was a total disaster.... air bags blew up ... fluid leaking everywhere .... State Farm said that Horne Collision was their approved shop, so I gave them a shot .... they did a truly wonderful job .... could not be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.... can't say enough about them.

I was referred to Horne Collision by my insurance company. I had just barely hung up the phone from reporting my claim when I received a call from a very nice and professional gentleman from Horne, I couldn't believe they would call me so fast! He said that he would take care of having my car towed and assured me that he would take care of everything for me. About 2 hours later, the man (Jeff) called me back to let me know my car had arrived at the shop on the tow truck. I had a million questions and Jeff listened very patiently and answered all of my questions in detail. He even said that we could come by the shop at any time to see our vehicle while it was being worked on, my husband said that was remarkable, most shops don't want customers to see what's going on. Jeff assured us that our repairs would be covered by a lifetime warranty and that our car would look as good as ever, IT DID! Thank you so, so much Jeff and Horne Collision Center!
