They were really great this time. He mentioned we were having a problem with scorpions before I said anything. So he put more glue traps down in the pantry and took his time spraying. They were very friendly and not just doing a job today.

Ryan Mayotte was a true professional. He immediately understood our issue and made sure to explain the service he would provide to remedy the problem. You can see he takes his job very seriously and puts himself behind the company to assure their reputation. I've asked for him to come to my home for all my future services. Any company he works for is very fortunate to have him on their team.

Kevin did a great job as always. He is quick and efficient.

Ryan was absolutely amazing! He explained the difference between granules and liquid spray in a way that made sense. He explained what draws the insects (roaches in my case) and how the pesticide works. AND he was here exactly as scheduled, with a text ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. Bulwark has a star employee!

Communicated arrival well, was on time, very respectful, treated outside and in the garage, replaced sticky traps, sent follow-up recap of his appointment and treatment done.

They are very polite and pointed out a crack where wasps were trying to nest. No smell from the spray and it kills the bugs.

We are returning customers. We stopped using services after our tech Danny was promoted (Well deserved 👏🏻). Anyone after him turned out to be a disappointment. Shortly after Danny left, our lawn that he had been treating for grubs was destroyed by grubs! Guess it somehow fell off the order. Kevin was friendly and knowledgeable and promises to give us the same kind of d of care we were used to with Danny. Looking forward to getting my yard back, with his help!
