I am so happy we chose Hales Roofing to replace our roof. First contact was Nick who quickly worked us into schedule to give us an estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. The team, headed by Tyler, arrived promptly at the exact time every day. Tyler did a good job assigning each person to their designated task. I particularly appreciated their courteous responses to any question we had. And most of all, it was ALL WORK without too many breaks. And then, they covered dumpster at end of each day, as we requested because of pets in yard. And cleaned up every day. I highly recommend HALES ROOFING.

I called Hale's just before a big snow storm with a leaky skylight. Dustin came out the next day and found a cracked and worn lens cover. He got a quote out the next day. I schedule the service and they said it would be about two week to order and schedule the work. Well, the came out the next day and had the skylight lens changed out in 30 minutes. Friendly and professional people -- highly recommended.

Hale's Roofing did a great job. The crew showed up when scheduled and completed the work in a timely and professional manner. They were very considerate of my property and left everything completely clean and tidy.

Hale's Roofing installed a PVC roof and repaired all the parapets on our 3,100 sq ft home which has many details. If there is such thing as a perfect roof, Hale's Roofing delivered. We are 100% satisfied with the result. Their professionalism and personal touch removed all anxiety of living through the process. The work was done by Manuel and his team who's job performance was outstanding and their character was admirable. Manuel made himself available at all times to keep us informed of the progress and answered all our questions. The team cleaned up at the end of every day and left the area spotless of debris. We appreciate how the project manager Toby made the time to listen and address our concerns. He was a delight to interact with. Dustin who is in charge when Hale is out of the office was amazing in how he professionally handle a major concern of ours. He certainly has the skills to resolve any issues. He stayed in touch to make sure all was well. We never met Chad, the owner, in person, but spoke with him a couple of times on the phone. However, he certainly made his present known when it was needed. Professionalism and character begins at the top and reflects down. There is certainly unity from the top down and the result is a perfect roof and the joy of meeting new people who now feels like family. Janet who answered the phone and handled the billing among other things was always prompt to find answers and connected us to the proper source. We always felt she was just as concerned as we were from the first contact to the last. Our purpose in writing this review is to help others to make an informed decision as we received from reading the reviews prior to our decision to go with Hale's Roofing. With much gratitude we would recommend Hale's Roofing.

Hale's supplier came in. ... delivered the materials in record time... Hale's came in after weather went thru and started the job.... they were so very professional... considerate.... clean.... would explain everything.... worked with us.... took care to do no damage to the yard or gardens.... and in 5 days had completed our roof, fascia and cleaned everything up beautifully.  This company is #1 in our books and we would be proud and pleased to refer them to anyone.  Our home had 2 layers of 20 year old roofing, 2 turbines, 2 extra chimneys and dry rotted fascia board on the south side.  All that had to be removed before anything could be put on.... also 4 sheets of new plywood had to be put down...old removed.  New underlayment was put on... and the new shingles were put down with a new ridge vent to complete the job.  All fascia was painted and applied.... a unique method for the drip edge so that the need for gutters really wasn't an issue... when everything was done we were left with a sign in the front yard that we are proud to advertise for Hale's.  Everyone looks at our new roof.... and goes slowly by... it looks great and we have had 2 wind storms... and it's just as pretty as the day it went down.

Quick response, no charge for initial service call and temporary repair on a shingle that had broken and slid down, exposing the roof, in process of fixing found 10 broken shingles, and a bad run originally installed with too short of nails.   Quickly got an estimate together and got it repaired, did a great job.  Repair personnel were friendly and thorough.

Very professional company from start to finish. Every one of the employees I met was pleasant and accommodating.
The work was done efficiently and an excellent clean up job was performed.
Both Virginia, the office manager and Bill, the project manager provided service above and beyond what was required.
Hale's Roofing exceeded my expectations with the pleasant, knowledgeable employees involved, and the work performed.

Chad came to house to inspect and give an estimate on roofing replacement. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with emailing an estimate to me. Good follow-through. I would definitely consider using these guys.

Hale's Roofing is a professional roofing company. Its management and employees are very service-oriented, polite, and professional. They are also extremely responsive to any issues or concerns that may arise during installation. We recommend this company without reservation as everyone from the office staff, to the management, to the cheerful guys on the roof work extremely hard to make sure your project is done well, on time, and as budgeted.
