R & S Mattress

So very nice to have a no pressure environment in which to view and try out the mattresses. Dealt with Dave Cox and he was VERY knowledgeable and helpful! Most of all, I appreciated the lack of pressure and his knowledge. Buying a new mattress is very stressful and an expensive purchase and the last thing one needs is a sales person following you around the store, asking you personal questions, etc. (Unless you're looking for assistance at the time). When doing my research about mattresses, I had read on the Mattress Underground website (an extremely informative website regarding everything and anything you wanted to know about mattresses) that R & S Mattresses was on their preferred list of mattress vendors - and there are very few vendors on this list. Regarding my purchase and delivery: to make a long story short, I had somehow ordered the wrong size mattress! The delivery people noted this right away before bringing in the mattress. I was horrified, embarrassed that I hadn't checked the receipt and so disappointed. After a call to Dave at R & S, within an hour and a half, they returned with the right size!! I couldn't be happier.
