Dry Cleaning Service
I took 4 of my husband's custom made dress shirts to Prestige to be laundered with light starch and pressed. One of the shirts had not been worn since it was last cleaned because of a bad wrinkle that had been pressed into the sleeve from a prior cleaning. The lady who took the shirts said that they would press it out at no charge. I thought this to be a nice gesture to a new customer and was impressed until I picked up the shirts. The medium sized wrinkle in the sleeve was replaced by the french cuff being covered in small ironed-in wrinkles and another shirt with badly ironed-in wrinkles above the cuff. I haven't even looked at the other shirts yet and frankly I'm almost afraid to. As far as I'm concerned this is just sloppy work. I'll have to look a little farther away from home for a better cleaner.
