I was using telephone services from other company and wasn't happy. Friend of mine told me about NEXTIVA and I called immediately. After porting my numbers I got immediate service to setup my account. The service is top quality and technicians are very savvy very well trained to give fast and reliable service. I am happy to do business with NEXTIVA.

Amazing & Great service. My support representative answered all my questions and helped me to fix my issues with my call attendant. He also helped me with hardware concerns! Wow. Amazing customer service. I am sticking with Nextiva for a long time to come!

I don't even know where to begin. We were with 8x8 for 6 years with bad call quality before we finally decided to bite the bullet and change carriers and boy was that a mistake. 8x8 was amazing compared to Nextiva. Our sales person (Bryce) was routinely out of the office during setup and we were always given excuses about him being "out of town with sick family" by his boss Zach Mall. Eventually I was informed that he quit but was assured that everything was progressing with our order and phone system. 2-3 months into our service, we still didn't have out #'s ported from the previous carrier (8x8)... After sending NUMEROUS emails that were never returned to our new sales person, Zach Mall, Darryl Seeliger and the support email address, I finally had to call. I was quickly forwarded to Darryl Seeliger in "Customer Success" who informed me that a person who no longer worked there never submitted the porting requests. He told me it would be up to 6 weeks longer and that he was sorry. Once our numbers finally ported to Nextiva, the problems all seemed to spiral out of control. We have numerous extensions across the country and each of them had their own unique set of issues. No matter how many times we called, how many hours we sat on hold and worked with customer service, it never fixed the problems. There was no communication in that every-time we called in to tech support, we were subjected to the same things the previous tech had done 40 minutes earlier. We understand that VOIP isn't perfect and that there are a million factors that go into call quality, but we had perfect internet and networks and it was routinely admitted that the problem was on their end and they had NO idea why. I could honestly go on all day about individual circumstances that took place, but this review has already taken too much of my time. As a business owner who relies on a functioning telephone as the single most critical component of business, I could NEVER recommend Nextiva to anyone, especially someone looking to run a business.

I have been using this service for about a year. The cost is very affordable. It fits the kind of fax needs that I have. I have recommended it to other people. I don't get junk faxes and junk phone calls any more. I have not had to buy paper or toner for about a year. I have saved all of that expense and it is about a fifth of what my phone bill was. It is about $5.00 a month. There is never a problem. Their service is good. I have no complaints.
