Moore's Pool Service

I was in state and out of state throughout arranging for him to begin service and get the bill to him. I receive the invoices by e-mail, print them out, and mail a check. That has worked out well since I was rarely in the same place from month to month. I'm home now, and he offered to teach me how to maintain my pool once we replace a few things. It turned out a couple of my neighbors use Moore's too so it was easy to fit me into the regular schedule.

Mr. Moore was totally professional and courteous. He did a stellar job with the installation and carefully went over with me how to maintain the pool with the new equipment. When I had questions a few days later he drove out and answered every one. An excellent experience.

Moore's Pool Service is great. I called this morning because we've been battling a chemical problem in our pool for a few months, and a few days ago it turned green. He came to my house within a few hours of my SOS call, evaluated the situation, made a few recommendations and left without charging us for his "consultation." I will definitely call Moore's Pool Service the next time I have any pool issue!

I have dealt with a number of pool services since moving here 6 months ago and I have finally found a good match. Bill is extremely knowledgeable and on top of that personable.  He helped me out of a bad situation that I was put into by previous pool services company sent out by my Home Warranty provider. To make a long story short, my filter was old, ugly, big, and busted....... my pool was green and nasty. Bill hooked me up with brand new filter, helped me drain my nasty pool water, and got me all set up. Now pool is crisp and clear. Bill took the time to talk with me and help me understand what my problems were and how they could be addressed, he provided me with options and made me feel 100% comfortable about the whole situation.
I definitely will be back and already have a few more things I need to upgrade that he is going to help me with.

We contacted this service provider to assist us with getting our Barracuda operational.   Initially, the response time was to have been on the following Monday, but to our delight and good fortune, the provider's technician was able to come that afternoon to  resolve our issues.   The professionalism and knowledge of the technician, Nick G., was top notch and he was able to resolve our problems and had us up and running on the same day we placed the service call.   He identified a water leveler problem and made the necessary adjustments to improve its operation.  We would definitely use Moore's Pool Service again as their responsiveness to our needs and the prompt resolution of the problems are commendable.  In Gratitude, Pat & Paul Brown
