They did an excellent job and their follow-up was great.

Moore's Pool Service does a pretty good job. The prices are average. The work is okay, but I wish they would spend more time on the work. I would recommend them to others. The only thing I wish I could change is for them to stay a little longer on each visit.

This has been the best pool service I have had for the past three years. I went on vacation for five days and I came back to a crystal clear clean pool that my kids can actually go run and jump in. I was unhappy with my previous pool service, so it is a relief to find a quality pool company.

Bill got the job done timely and the main thing is the pool is operating great. He is servicing the pool weekly now and we don't have to worry about it at all. He comes regularly, works quickly and leaves no mess. He knows what he is doing and so we just let him do it!

The representative was very responsive. He returned my phone call within 1 day in spite of heavy storms creating a lot of extra work from his regular clients. e was very knowledgeable about pool stuff, completed the work very quickly, and the total bill was very close to the original estimate. He recommended work that should be done in the near future. Overall, an excellent experience.

I am going to follow this company's advice on how to fix my problem, and am very thankful for the knowledge and willingness of the owner to help me with my problem over the phone.

Mr. Moore came out the VERY next morning after calling him, he was about 30.00 cheaper than any other quote I got, and he was SUPER nice. I am a single mom, and sometimes I am scared to call people to fix stuff, feeling like I may get taken advantage of. I had tried like an idiot to fix the pump myself, and thought I had made the situation worse for myself. He came out, and fixed it, gave me a new pressure gauge, and told me how to properly back wash. He actually said he admired me for trying to fix it myself HAHA...I babysit during the summer, and the pool is a big part of our day, he was great, and I would DEFINITELY use him again if I need more work.

The motor was replaced fast and seems to work good.

Great company to work with. Saved me a bunch of money on the repair of the leak. Other pool company told me that the problem was much bigger then it was. Moore's Pool Service fixed the leak and set me up with a Barracuda pool cleaner for the same money the other pool company quoted just to repair the leak! Would highly recommend Moore's Pool Service to anyone.....A+ in all aspects of the business.

Jim Moore is the kind of person you always dreamed of meeting, when you have someone service your home. It's not that you can't service your own pool, it's that you already have a job and if you are going to outsource, you want someone to do it like you would, at a fair price. Well, this is the man that does just that. Quality work, no fabrications, exaggerations, etc., just "the facts." He's generous with his time, he is great with dogs, he has a great system and after using four pool services since 1988, we will never look again.

Bill Moore did a fine job and we were pleased with the service. He was prompt and explained everything in advance. After the filter was installed he explained what was necessary for its maintenance. He offered telephone service if we had questions.

Bill was very knowledgeable and informative. He fixed the problems in an expedient and courteous way.

I met with Bill and his wife Sharron at the new home at a convenient time and received a 40 minute course on the pool and it's systems along with reviewing the inspection items. This Pool School 101 course was at no charge and I found both Bill and Sharron very pleasant to work with and elected to keep having them service the pool weekly. They also drained the pool a week later and gave it a needed acid bath, along with repairing the spa light at the same time. Bill has also passed on some advice over the phone to my brother on the east coast who had questions about installing a new pool in his backyard. Bill is knowledgeable with pool systems and very reliable. I highly recommend him for anyone needing pool service.

Responded same day, though we played phone tag for a couple more. I appreciate him being persistent. The work was done well and quickly. I enjoyed working with this company and would definitely call again for any of my three pools (mine plus two rentals).

I called Bill Moore on Monday, asking for an estimate for a pool drain, acid wash, refill, and chemical treatment. He came Monday morning, and told me that we didn't need to incur all of those expenses, even though my pool water was pea soup! He treated the pool with chemicals and brushed it, among other things. By the time I came home from work, the pool was clear, and Bill had called twice to follow up with me. He came to check on the pool on Friday morning, very early to accommodate my husband's work schedule, and took time to show us the proper care and maintenance for our spool. He was very kind and professional. We will definitely use him again, and recommend him highly.

Excellent service. Mr. Moore called me back promptly when I first called him and left a message about our pool. He made his service call on time and was very courteous to my wife and fixed the problem quickly. He called me and explained the nature of the problem and what he did. Will definitely use him for all our future pool needs. Highly recommended.

Bill returned our phone call and discussed the job that needed to be done. He referred us to another company. He was very helpful on the phone and tried to make sure that we had done everything possible to fix the problem before scheduling a service call. We are not in his service area, otherwise I am sure we would use his services.

The pump motor was not working anymore. After we first contacted Mr. Moore, he returned our call promptly and was able to come look at the problem within a day. He suggested that instead of just replacing the motor, we replace both the pump and the motor to ensure a longer-lasting system. He also noticed that the filter valve was not working properly (it didn't turn smoothly any longer and made a loud squeaky noise every time it was used) and advised that we replace it as well. The whole system was about 7-8 years old, so we found it reasonable to have its key components replaced. Mr. Moore also advised to protect it from the weather by building an enclosure around it and to guarantee a longer life cycle.

The plug was more than Mr. Moore could clear. However, he referred us to someone who could. I was very pleased with Mr. Moore. He returned every call when he said he would, and he kept his appointments. I was very please with the experience. As it turns out, Mr. Moore services my neighbor's pool. Small world.

Bill was extremely thorough and made sure that we understood the various functions sufficiently that we can ''fly'' solo in the operation of the pool equipment. We were very happy with the level of responsiveness, and Bill's sincere interest in our ability to take care of the pool requirements. We tentatively set another appointment for about 30 days to examine a non-functioning pool light and determine the remedy. Overall, we were more than satisfied working with Bill, and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I obtained the contact from Angie's List, contacted Bill Moore and received prompt and courteous reply. Estimate and description of service received promptly. Bill came out twice prior to service schedule to confirm estimates and work needed. Service was performed as described and additional suggestions to assist me as a pool owner were readily offered and greatly appreciated.

Left a voice mail for Bill Moore, to which he responded very quickly. After discussing the pool and the work required, we set a time for him to start the work. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. I can't say enough good about Bill Moore and his company. He not only did a great job doing the work we agreed upon, but he took time out of his busy schedule to explain all of the pool equipment to me. Bill also explained how to go about keeping the chemicals balanced throughout the year. I am just thrilled to finally have a better understanding of my pool equipment, on top of having a very clean pool.
