As a landscape architect in the valley for over 20 years, I bring a large amount of experience to create your dream yard with professional sensibility. I personally develop complete and accurate plans for your construction phase so it can go as smooth as possible with the least amount of costly changes. This design investment will pay back in many ways from a great design!, less construction stress to less costly surprises in the field. I am NOT a design/build company, so you are free to bid out your own landscape plans as desired to find that perfect contractor fit and budget. Typical plan set cost ranges from $1,000 min. to $2,500 and more for larger projects. The design is usually a 2 step process (draft & construction plans) that take around 30-45 day each to complete. All projects come with an initial site visit to review the property and review your desired landscape goals. A $200 trip visit will apply or roll into the proposal if hired.
