Michael Lutz, the owner, is one of the most outstanding professionals I have had the pleasure working with. Great customer service, always on time, and made us very comfortable throughout the project. Everyone from his team was kind and friendly. I have already recommended them to others.

Great company to work with. It took us a long time to decide on finishes, and then we delayed letting them get started. But once begun they did great work. We had people home some of the time while work was being done. All of the workers were courteous and professional. We are extremely happy with our master bathroom complete remodel - it turned out nicer than we could have hoped. The workmanship was top-notch whether tiling, cabinetry, painting, electrical and plumbing, everything was done to a high standard of quality. Literally no complaints from this happy customer. Would definitely call them again for future projects.

Very professional and ALL the work that was done for my kitchen remodel and new countertop for the bathroom exceeded my expectations. Could not say enough about this team. We moved from Chicago and were used to a certain standard that is not easy to find in a new area. It's difficult to find a contractor who delivers on their promises in a timely fashion, but Michael Lutz and his team were always prompt and exceeded our expectations regarding quality. Mike is great to work with. He really tried to find a solution that fits your budget. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and how much control we had over the budget. He is very easy to work with and finished both projects (bathroom remodels) on schedule. Is definitely hire him again

Mike did a great job for us on replacing the granite of our countertop and blacksplash with much better looking quartzite,and also replacing the sink and faucets. He also helped converting the living room into a media room by adding a french door. Mike earned our trust the first time we met. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. His quote is also most competitive among the many quotes we have received. Although there was some issue happening during the remodeling process (which could happen to any project), he addressed it professionally and nicely. He even offered a small discount due to the project delay without us asking for it. The completed work looks fantastic. I definitely recommend Mike to anyone else.

Mike was on top of the project without fail. he is remarkably careful with details, and extremely pleasant all the while. his construction team was skilled, trustworthy, prompt and very hard working. By the end, I felt like part of their family. The finished product was beautiful, and the workmanship top notch.

JMK did a great job for us on the tile installed in our laundry room. The house was remodeled a few years ago and when Arron went to install the tile he found the floor to be unlevel in several places. he gave us all the options of what needed to be done and we went with his suggestion. JMK was wonderful to work with. They did a complete bathroom remodel on our vacation home master bath. I live in New York, so much of the communication was done remotely. Mike was very attentive and explained each phase of the job. They were all very professional and the job was done on time, which was very important to me. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again or recommend them to anyone.

JMK Construction services did an outstanding job managing the complete remodel of our bathroom. Mike met with us on several occasions to help us plan the project and ensure that we were well informed as to the cost, leadtime and specifics of the project. Mike was also present consistenly throughout the actual demo and remodel phases, and managed his subcontractors appropriately. We are very happy with the results achieved and he has our complete recommendation.

They arrived when they said they would for appointments and kept us updated on what was happening and when. They were open to changes and were upfront with the charges on any changes we had.

Mike was very resonsive to any and all questions. JMK's team was a very profesional group whe didn't seem to mind my "sidewalk super presence and were always willing to explain things that concerned me. We intend to contact when JMK when we redo our kitchen.

The various contractors that were used on the project were all very nice,knowledgeable,and timely; were willing to address any items that came up and responded to questions in a timely; Mike Lutz ,from JMK, kept us informed about the schedule nearly every day and coord with our ability to be at home;it was a pleasure to work with preofessionals

My house painting project was plagued from beginning to end with inadequate provision of proper tools (no electric orbital sanders plus), materials (primer plus), instruction (application of various materials and task sequencing plus), and communication (3 of 9 missed work days plus), adversely affecting the quality and durability of the work product. The contractor, Mike Lutz, seems consciences and considerate, but it is hard to excuse the mismanagement experienced as inadvertant negligence. Being an architect, unless a client is suitably trained and able to provide sufficient oversight and supervision I cannot recommend JMK for such a commission.

JMK was extremely easy to work with, always responsive to my questions, and accomplished everything in the time frame laid out. I will absolutely use them again for future projects

Although the project was longer than expected, it turned out very nice. Michael is very professional and communicates throughout the process, from bidding to completion. The only issue I had was with the leftover wood flooring. I understand the need to have extra for cuts, etc. but on my hardwood floors (approx 800 s/f) I ended up with about 85 s/f that is essentially waste. Even at the discounted price of $4 a s/f, I hate having to throw it away. (The supplier refused to accept a return even with a restocking fee.)
