I just had a few loose roof tiles, one of which had come off, and a small portion of the underlying roof edge was exposed. This was obviously a minor job, but Chris was so courteous, prompt, and responsive to the needed work. Because I was concerned about forecasted rain, he came on my requested schedule. Chris respects his customers, and that is priceless.

Chris and his team was terrific. Very customer oriented, and fair pricing. What gets them a 5 star is the following: I had a tree that ripped the edging and first row of tiles off the roof during a wind storm. Landscapers came out and trimmed but. It enough. 2 weeks later, same issue. Called Chris and he was..â no problem I'll be back..â landscapers cut tree back to eliminate the issue and ironwood replaced tiles for a second time: NO CHARGE. Thatâ s a good businessman!

Work not started however I am duly impressed with professionalism courtesy and candor. Would love to rate again after work is done however I see no reason why it won't be superior.
