Scott was tremendous. Arrived right on time. I'm sure this wasn't near a difficult job for him (installing ceiling rear speakers, re-routing sub-woofer coax, swapping in a new Denon AVR, setting that up, and reprogramming our Harmony One), but he took all the time he needed, kept us informed along the way, and didn't leave until into the night after all was working great.

He was extremely professional, took the time to listen to the issues I was experiencing, and corrected the problem all within an hour. He even went out of his way to hide my cables for me as extra touch of service.

I've never worked with a more dedicated service person. He would not quit till he resolved my issues. I'm keeping them in my file and will only use them when I have issues with my electronics. They are reasonably priced as well. I would give them a score of 10 if it was available.
