The booking manager worked very hard to meet a very tight time frame. The two women who arrived and did the cleaning.disinfection project were absolute first rate. They work very hard and were extremely through. From beginning to end it was a 5 star experience and I am most grateful

This was a new construction home which was supposed to have been cleaned before we moved in. Once we got moved in I started looking for a cleaning service Cleaning Wonders came out to evaluate our home and were able To come out the following week. The tile floors looked awesome when they were done and we could breathe better, the windows looked good. We signed up for biweekly service!

I was so happy for the for the first 3 visits, because I had a member of the A TEAM each time. Then they changed the staff, they switched me to the B- TEAM. The one cleaner who spoke English did not really care about my requests, so after the second visit with her as the lead, I called the owner. After a second attempt to reach her, and over 3 hours, she finally called me back. I was told, with real attitude, that my dissatisfaction was, basically, too bad. She told me she she didn't have anyone else. I fired them and afterwards discovered the the cleaner in the kitchen chipped the lid of an irreplaceable teapot!

"We are very sorry that this customer has written this review. As part of our commitment to provide the best service, in our weekly meetings with our supervisors, we go over any incident occured looking for gaps in our procedures and how to improve them. We do have to clear several comments made in this review: 1) The cleaning team was very anxious every time they went to Ms. Patrice's home since one of our workers was bitten by one of her dogs. 2) This home's environment was tense most of the time which didn't allow for our workers to feel comfortable. 3) We might not be able to respond immediately to every call because we might be doing an estimate, driving from one place to the other or doing some errands but for sure, we will respond every call, email or text message we receive in a daily basis. We thanked Ms. Patrice for trying our company out and we are sure she will find the right company or housekeeper for her. Those were our words to her in our last call."
