BUDDY'S AUTO REPAIR & ALIGNMENT

I used Buddy's Auto Repair almost a year ago for oil service and replace oil hoover lines. I have been using them for a while. I have to bring it back 3 times to get it fixed correctly. They could not fix it the first time. I will not use them again in the future.

Buddy's service and communication was phenomenal. They discovered that I had a leaking head gasket and a rack and pinion leak as well. Buddy's called my car dealership to see if any of the repairs might come under warranty for me. Luckily they did. Ultimately when I took the car to the dealership, the dealership replaced the entire engine due to all the issues they found. My car is an Infinity slightly over 4 years old. I am grateful to Buddy's for having discovered the issues for my car's poor performance. I had taken it to another Scottsdale auto service repair shop a month prior and they never discovered the root issues. I can't say enough good about Buddy's...I will be a and quot;foreverand quot; customer!!

They also checked other vehicle functions without charge. Found the battery was on its' way out.

I had taken the truck in because I thought I had a circuitry problem with my back left blinker as my attempt to change it, did not fix it. I went in at 8:15. Jason asked if I was staying or dropping off. Took my keys and told his mechanics that he has a "waiter" so they dropped what they were working on to work on my truck. 15 minutes later, they told me I had simply changed the wrong bulb and it was all set. Charged me for the bulb with NO LABOR. DID NOT find something else broken that they tried to pressure me to fix, and I was on my way. I will tell everyone I know about this place and I will be back. Thanks Jason and Crew. I've got a new mechanic.

Noticed leaks on garage floor. Took car to local Fountain Hills repair shop where they advised they would probably have to replace transmission for approx $3000 plus addl for other leaks.
My daughter used Buddy's and was always satisfied with their service and prices.
Made appointment, told my story and was advised they would inspect and probably flush first before major replacement. Advised even worst case scene, it shouldn't cost whatt other shop quoted.
They completed repairs and all was well.
A month later, I noticed drips of oil, scheduled oil change. They discovered it also needed an oil plug which they installed for an addl $9.95, no labor charge since they were already doing oil change.
They are honest, friendly, professional and kept me infformed. I will use them again.

I liked his service very much; he give excellent service. I will use them again in the future.

They are fantastic. They were recommended for wheel alignment and some other stuff. They were the first ones that were really honest about repairs. We had estimates from other people who said this and that had to be done. Some had to be done and the others didn’t have to be done. Their pricing was excellent.

They seemed to do a good job.

I noticed uneven wear on my front tires. Took my auto to Buddy's to check things out. Told me it would be about an hour and he'd let me know if there was anything to uneven tire wear. With over 200k miles on my auto I thought for sure there would be additional work needed. The shop called, and told me car was simply out of alignment. Could be many reasons, hit a curb, hit a pothole. But they said that was it. I was pleased they didn't try to up sell me needless repairs. Auto now rides like it was new !
