We are mobile and carry most parts on our trucks. We service most communities within Maricopa County. Cost is determined by the job. There are 8 full time technicians. No subs. We are a full service company. No job too small or too large.We also do new installations and find grills that fit your island when you need a replacement. We service patio heaters, fire pits and both outdoor and indoor fireplaces. We are the warranty provider of choice for many grill manufacturers because of our superior technical ability and positive customer service attitude.

We actually tried servicing New River in 2012 but it is a very long to come back into our normal servicing area. I purchased a new built-in gas bbq online, and bbq docs re-sized my outdoor kitchen counter to accommodate the new bbq. They took care of all aspects of the installation, including unpacking the bbq, connecting the natural gas line and regulator, testing the unit, and taking away the old bbq and all packing materials. Excellent clean up, Filled the drip tray with kitty litter and even gave me a new cleaning brush!
On the fire pit, they cut the old lines to remove the fire ring, installed new piping and furnish a new stainless steel fire ring. They tested the operation and cleaned the area.
Totally professional and punctual. Nice family run business who pride themselves in delivering great service at a fair price. Thanks guys!
"All customers are informed when they call that the minimum service charge is $65.00 regardless of how long we are on site. This gives up to one hour of service. The customer called with the following problem. Grill fell over in wind and he was afraid to start it. We put the upright, checked the grill out for leaks, brushed the burners and straightened out the drip tray. Our invoice said tech was there 30 minutes. We did give the customer back a safe, functioning grill. The job actually was over two and a half months ago while the alleged complaint is current. I do not believe this is a fair assessment of our work as customer knew in advance what our minimum charge was for a service call."
