House Cleaning
This company was excellent to deal with from start to finish. I couldn't be happier.
The initial contact was extremely friendly and the owner is a great person to deal with. Scheduling was easy and he was very clear about what to expect and what the estimated cost would be. He was also clear about what variables might change the cost (i.e. if the house is much dirtier than expected).
The cleaning crew arrived right on time (actually a few minutes early) and brought all their stuff in. They have all of their own supplies--including vacuum, mop, etc. The crew leader asked me to walk her through the house, and then they got right to work.
I couldn't be happier with the results. When they were done, the crew leader again asked me to walk through the house and check their work. I was stunned at how clean everything was. I kept thinking, "How did they get such-and-such so clean?!" Amazing. I noticed a lot of little touches as well that really make them stand out. For hours after they left, I continued to notice details that added to my happiness with the service. For example, they cleaned our kitchen trash can. They didn't just empty the trash--they actually scrubbed the surfaces of the trash can. I have pretty high standards (I'm used to military-style cleaning inspections) and I think they did an excellent job all-around.
Do yourself a favor and hire this company.

The team leader Aida was extremely pleasant and easy to deal with. She arrived and went through the house with me to determine what would be done, then her crew of three other cleaners went to work. They all worked quickly but thoroughly and I was very happy with the result. The house was 3300 sq ft and was generally in good condition, however the previous owner had 4 dogs who had urinated everywhere. I have 2 children under 3 and wanted to make sure the house, especially floors, were thoroughly clean before they came to the house. By the time they were done the whole house looked, and smelled, wonderfully clean. And despite cleaning the oven and using a good amount of cleaning products, the house didn't reak of chemicals the way I expected it might. All workers worked very hard and despite charging by the hour they worked very quickly. They completed a very difficult job in only 3 hours, and did it much better than I possibly could have. I was extermeply satisfied with their service and if I ever need a regular cleaning service I will certainly use this company.

We received a call on the day of arrival to confirm their appointment. One of their previous houses took a bit longer than expected, so we were notified of updated times. Even though they had a long day, they were very diligent in cleaning each room of the house and focusing on the areas I had requested as this is a new home we purchased which was not cleaned/maintained very well prior to our purchase. Three of them were scrubbing all of the grease off of the stove at the end of the shift, and yet they still asked me to inspect to ensure that the cleaning was up to my expectations even thought it was approaching 7pm in the evening. They remade all of the beds, folded klenex and toilet paper in fashions as you would find in a nice resort which I thought was a great unexpected touch to their dedication to quality. It was the first time since we have moved in that I felt that my 2 year old could walk on the floors barefoot as it looked and smelled clean. In fact so clean, I am afraid that my bare feet will dirty it up. :) Thank you for cleaning the house so I can focus on unpacking all of the boxes. The help was greatly appreciated.

I had tried other cleaning services, spending over $150 on all & getting half the service of "Arizona Clean Pros". I was a little let down that our very first appointment, the cleaning crew was over 15-minutes late, but one call to the office had a team at my house within 5-minutes. They were fast, efficient & nearly HALF the cost of any other person I was able to find online (outside AngiesList). I was very satisfied with this company and plan to use them again in the future.

It went very, very well. First, let me say that the bank handling the closing was horrible for 6 weeks they kept saying we'd close next week, then next week, no, next week, tomorrow, no, tomorrow, tomorrow... so when they said we'd close tomorrow - we didn't believe them and I didn't schedule any cleaners, exterminators, etc. Title transfered at 4:30 on friday evening and we were desperate to move. But the house was a mess! There were dead bugs, cruddy toilets, and thick dust on the ceiling fans. :( The next morning I found AZ Clean Pros on Angie's List and called. I fully expected them to laugh at me when I asked if they could come that day but Steve understood and was able to send a team out that afternoon.
One thing I really appreciated - they arrived in a company car w/ their own equipment and supplies. Each wore a company shirt with readable name-tags. I liked that. Very professional.

It went really well. The 3 ladies that were here worked hard and they did a great job. They did break one of my wall sconces and I am waiting on it to be replaced. The owner said he would replace it but I haven't heard anything from them yet. I will give them a call today since it has been a week now. I will update once I find out. Update: Steve the owner came today and said he wasn't able to find a replacement glass for my sconce so he gave me a check to replace all of them. Definitely a straight-A business and one I will use again!

Crew of three arrived on time and immediately discussed the plan with me. They asked good questions and when they started I was sure they knew what was needed. They moved about quickly and has a system that started from the top and worked down. Floors being last in the cleaning process. Delighted with the work and work ethic of this crew.

Very easy process, from call to finish. Made the call, they were able to work with my schedule, unlike alot of other companies. Told them what I needed, explained the situation, and they gave me a quote over the phone. Scheduled the cleaning for 3 days later....
Can out on Saturday, had a team of 3 to do my "move out" cleaning. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Before I could tell them about certain things, they went ahead and got started.
I was not at the house, so I gave the team instructions, and away they went. I told them to lock the house and leave the key as I would be back later that day. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT!!! Every base board, every fan, every knok and cranny.
I will use these guy again and again. I may even see what the rate is to have my new house done every couple of weeks.....

I hired this company to clean my clients new home that they just purchased and am so pleased with their service that I will be using them for my personal home. They were 5 minutes early, they worked extremely fast and the price was great. They cleaned the entire home, walls, windows, baseboards, etc.. very quickly. I tried this company twice. The first time, I was told that they would charge about $140 for 5 hours of cleaning, 2 people, 2and a half hrs. They showed up with 4 girls and it cost 242. I paid it because they did a good job. The team leader spoke English and worked very hard, and listened to my special requests. The tile floor was not cleaned to my satisfaction, but overall, it was a good clean. The second time, I was told it would be about $140 again. This time, Aida dropped 2 women off giving them instructions. They did not speak English and I was not able to communicate my needs to them.They were only here 2 hours, and the house was not clean. They left alot of debris on the carpets, the tile was not cleaned to my satisfaction, the laminate flooring showed smudges, and feathers from the duster got lodged in the door handles of my kitchen cabinets. I requested that the origninal team leader be there for the next cleaning, but the company could not say if she would or not, so I cancelled.

"At Arizona cleanPROS we always communicate with new customers our rates and the average amount of time it should take based on the size of the home. We also try to determine the condition of the home based on the customer’s comments to provide a more accurate estimate. We also explain to the new customer that it may take more or less time on the 1st visit based on the actual condition of the home. Such was the case here on the 1st cleaning appointment. The house was in far worse condition than we anticipated resulting in additional time spent cleaning. The customer was completely satisfied and called back to set up another cleaning. She indicated that she wanted 2 cleaning techs for 2 hours. We explained to her that it would take a minimum of 6 cleaning hours to clean the home. This customer again insisted on 2 cleaning techs for 2 hours. We were not at all surprised that the house was not cleaned to this customer’s satisfaction. Our primary focus at Arizona cleanPROS is quality, not quantity. The 2 cleaning techs did not have enough time to properly clean the home based on the imposed 2 hour time limit. Each of our cleaning teams has at least one member that speaks English. The team members assigned to this customer both speak English. It was further revealed that the customer speaks Spanish but was not even at the home during the cleaning appointment. We believe that the poor rating should be placed on the customer’s demands and expectations, and not on Arizona cleanPROS. Again, we at Arizona cleanPROS place quality and customer satisfaction above everything else. This customer received exactly what she paid for, a home that was partially cleaned due to the time limitation."
