"We are stunned to receive such a negative review from this customer. We always follow up with our customers to make sure they are completely satisfied with our cleaning services. We have followed up with this customer as well and there was one minor complaint a while back that was immediately addressed. We are not at all surprised that the cleaning was less than exceptional. We received calls from our cleaning team that there were problems with the customer as soon as they arrived. The customer had a falling out with her secretary and was consumed with rage. The cleaning team indicated that the customer was screaming profanity and throwing items around the home. The environment was so extreme that the cleaning team wanted to leave and come back another time when the customer was in a better frame of mind. Our cleaning team was terrified that the customer was going to vent her rage on them. Our mistake was we should have pulled the team from the home as soon as we started receiving their calls. The customer’s mistake was not providing a peaceful environment where the cleaning team was not working with fear. In addition, the customer called the office and was very rude to Carolina, our Office Manager. We at Arizona cleanPROS put a tremendous amount of effort in providing the level of quality, service, and professionalism as indicated by the reviews of other Angie’s List customers. We are very sensitive to the reviews written by Angie’s List customers and take them very seriously and personally. Like any other service provider we occasionally make mistakes. We always own up to our mistakes, correct them, and learn from them. Unfortunately, we believe that there is nothing to learn from this review since it was written in a state of rage that we did not create."

"The customer contacted us at Arizona cleanPROS requesting service. She stated that she had just fired her last cleaning company and was looking for a new company. We gave this customer an estimate based on the size of the home and her description as to the state of the property. This estimate was based on similar properties we have cleaned in the past. The cleaning team contacted us after a walkthrough and indicated that the house was dirtier than originally described and would take longer to complete. We immediately contacted the owner to inform her that it would take longer than originally estimated to properly clean the house. She agreed to the revised estimate and the team proceeded to clean the home. We are disappointed in the “F” rating for the price after this customer agreed to the extra time needed to properly clean her home. The customer stated that they have never paid more than $125.00 to have their 2700 SF home cleaned. They also mentioned that it had only been 2 weeks since the home was cleaned. It appeared that they must have used a cleaning company that offered very low rates with quality to match. This only reiterates the point that “You Get What You Pay For” when using discount cleaning companies."

"We at Arizona cleanPROS always appreciate feedback from our customers. We are very pleased that this Angie’s List customer was very satisfied with the “Fantastic Job” that the cleaning team performed. At Arizona cleanPROS we strive every day to provide the highest quality cleaning services available in Phoenix. We are very sensitive towards our Angie’s List customers and their reviews of our services. We use these reviews to continually improve every aspect of our services. We are saddened by this review because it challenges all of our values here at Arizona cleanPROS. Every customer of ours was made aware that we do not provide “quotes” for cleaning services prior to servicing their homes. We only provide estimates based on the size of the home and rely on the potential customer’s description as to the state of the property. We make sure that every potential customer understands this. Such was the case here. This customer stated that the house was approximately 2400 SF and in “pretty good condition”. With this information we provided an estimate that under normal conditions would have been accurate. The central issue here was that this customer was not being honest as to the condition of his home when the estimate was made. His home was absolutely filthy and it appeared that it had not been cleaned in a very long time. The bathrooms and kitchen were very dirty and there were layers of pet hair that had accumulated over time. Aida, our Director of Cleaning Services, talked with the owner and he agreed that it would take additional time to complete. This customer also stated in his review that there was “not a lot of motivation to move quickly” because of charging by the hour. This is simply not true. For those of you who spend the time to read our reviews you will see Aida’s name mentioned several times. Aida and the other 2 team members who serviced this home are by far the best house cleaners we have ever employed. They are very detail oriented, thorough, efficient, and waste no time at all. We are very disappointed that this customer was not completely satisfied with our overall service. We have monitored our estimates verses actual charges for several years and have found them to be accurate. When we receive information that is not accurate, the estimates we provide our potential customers will never be accurate."
