Aida Armour, who is the Director of Cleaning Services, arrived with the team and reviewed the specific cleaning plan, and instructed the team on how to proceed. Her professional and very friendly approach was very reassuring and indeed the team did an excellent job. We had had some contractors on site so the work included cleaning up several patios. We also wanted garage cabinets ready for storage. I was pleased to note that no task was ruled out. The windows looked great and everything smelled fresh. The charge is based on an hourly rate for each worker. Aida explained that in advance so the total cost was no surprise. I would recommend the company highly.
I tried to hire this company for cleaning a home every two weeks. The first time they came they were excellent but very expensive. The second time they were to be at my home by 9 am and at noon I called and the office said I was not on the schedule. They agreed to come at 4 pm that day and the office assured me that I was on the schedule for routine two week cleaning. They and did an excellent job, but again it was pricey. They did break a soap dish which was not a big thing, but they should have told me. The third week they did not show up at all. I paid $200 for the first service and asked them to cut out our offices and guest bath to reduce the price. They must have felt it was not worth their time and did not bother to call. Too bad, the girls clean really well, but the front office makes the service expensive and unreliable
"We at Arizona cleanPROS always strive to provide the best cleaning experience to all of our customers. Like any other company we sometimes take on clients that end up being very high maintenance and very difficult to deal with. Such is the case here. After several billing related issues we very politely told this customer that he needed to find another cleaning company that may better suit his needs. This customer’s response was that he was now on new medications and that he should be easier to work with. He also restated that he has these rental properties hoping that we might change our position. All of our customers at Arizona cleanPROS are treated equally. We have clients with multiple properties and clients with 1 bedroom apartments. Every customer is treated with the same level of care and respect. Our cleaning teams are primarily Hispanic, just like the majority of highly respected cleaning companies here in Phoenix. Our cleaning teams speak Spanish amongst themselves to keep the flow of the job moving in the most efficient manner possible. Every team has a highly skilled supervisor that is responsible for the quality of work and the customer’s satisfaction. We always do a final walkthrough with the customer (if they are available). In addition, At least 1 team member in every team speaks English to provide clear communication with the customer. We always try to put our customer’s items back in their original position. The quality of our cleaning services would suffer greatly if we just cleaned around items rather than cleaning under them. One final thought. If we are too expensive, our quality is not outstanding, we never show up on time, and are not professional, then why did this customer call us to schedule a cleaning? We wish this customer the best of luck moving forward and hope he finds a cleaning company that is a better match to his needs."
