"Quality cleaning services and complete customer satisfaction is our primary focus at Arizona cleanPROS. We have always guaranteed our services and will quickly take care of any problems that arise with our customers. We take pride in our relationships with customers, our employees, services, and quality. This is an unusual and latent review of our services. This Angie's List member was correct in stating that there were some quality issues. While we strive to provide the highest quality cleaning services in Phoenix, we are human and mistakes are made. This member was also correct that one our employees was texting while working and missed some areas. Upon further investigation it was disclosed that this employee's 3 month old baby was just admitted to an Emergency Room. She was communicating with her husband to get details and her focus was on her baby, not work. We have a strict policy against phone usage or other forms of communication while at our customer's homes. This employee violated company policy and corrective action was taken at the appropriate time. Only the team supervisors are allowed to contact our office if needed. This Angie's List member also mentioned in her review that we gave her "Lots of Excuses" for this employee’s behavior. This is simply not true. We do not give excuses for any problems with customers that we incur, only reasons. The reason for the erratic work by our employee was immediately communicated to the customer. If this communication was interpreted as an "Excuse" so be it. What this customer has omitted from this review is the fact that we cleaned her home again (in addition to the re-clean) to her complete satisfaction and free of charge because of the problems with the 1st cleaning. She then contacted us after the 2nd cleaning and wanted to establish recurring service. She indicated that she was only willing to pay a "Rock Bottom" price. We told this customer that there were many discount cleaning companies to choose from and we were not one of them and wished her the best of luck. We will be the 1st to admit that there were problems with the initial cleaning of this customer's house and immediate action was taken to resolve all issues. This was an excellent example of our commitment to superb quality and total customer satisfaction."

"We at Arizona cleanPROS send invoices and/or receipts to our customers on the date of service. This customer's last date of service was 8/24 and an email with the invoice was sent that night. We do not monitor email delivery nor send read receipts. We have no control over the internet and our customer's email systems. This customer apparently did not receive the invoice sent on the 24th. We had no previous problems with this customer not receiving or paying invoices. After 30 days without payment we send a "Friendly Reminder" email stating that payment has not yet been received. This customer emailed an unprofessional and harsh response to our "reminder" stating that she did not receive the original invoice. She then promptly paid the invoice. We had many problems in the past with this customer's professionalism and kindly told her that we would no longer be servicing her home and that she needed to find another service provider. This review at best is a petty and malicious attempt to give us a poor review on Angie's List even though she was happy with our service."

"We at Arizona cleanPROS appreciate all the feedback we receive from our customers and potential clients. Our mission is to provide the highest quality cleaning services and customer satisfaction available in Phoenix. We have worked very hard to receive the Angie’s List “Super Service Award” for 2010. When we receive a request for an estimate there are basic questions we ask so that we can provide a custom service plan and estimate that will best serve the potential client. We encourage our potential customers to be as detailed as possible regarding their needs and expectations. Occasionally, during our conversations with potential clients, we receive vague descriptions and answers to our questions that make it difficult to provide accurate estimates. On rare occasions when talking with a potential customer, their responses to our questions are more evasive with answers that make it nearly impossible to get the information needed to best serve the individual. Such was the case here. We kindly explained to this Angie’s List member that he may be best served by talking with other service providers and wished him the best of luck in his endeavors.
