We have been happy with this company for several years!

I am using them for housecleaning. They are fast and they do general housecleaning. 4 cleaners come out and they stay for a couple of hours. I like that they are thorough with their cleaning. They also clean my window, both inside and outside.

After a mix-up in scheduled time, which they corrected, a crew of 3 were out to clean our approximately 2500 sq ft home. They cleaned everything!!! Windows inside & out, cabinet, drawers, ceiling fans, plant shelves, blinds, plantation shutters, all bathrooms, tubs & appliances & our tile floors & vacuumed the carpeted areas. They did a fantastic job. Loved the added touch of the toilet paper flowers. We are using them again to clean the home that we moved out of.

Outstanding. I've hired many house cleaning teams over the years and Clean Pros is the best bar none. On time, under budget, meticulous attention to detail.

The team always arrives on time, is incredibly thorough, and attends to small details very carefully.  The price is always fair, and the team clocks their work carefully and accurately (you pay per person per hour).  I can't recommend them highly enough!

We've hired AZ Clean Pros and they regularly clean our house. They do a fine job.

I have used AZ CleanPros for my regular house cleaning service for over a year.  They are always on time and do an excellent job.  I really like that they send a team, and the work is often double checked by a supervisor.

We think of AZ cleanPro as our magic cleaning fairies. Every 2 weeks, a team of 3 visits our home for 2 hours. During that time, they dust, vacuum, scrub, sweep, mop - you name it! My husband has even commented on how he has never seen 3 people do so much in such a short time! The team truly works as a TEAM. Even when one of our dogs tries to "help" they are very tolerant. I wish we could have them each week but that will not work with our budget. We have tried several services in the past but AZ CleaPro is by far the very best.

The team of cleaning people arrived right on time, and Aida, the head of the team, introduced herself to me in a very friendly and professional way, and she handed me her card.  The team was well prepared with their own tools and cleaning supplies.  Before they started, I discussed with the team a couple things that are important to me: 1) do not use wax products on the wood furniture, use only oil; and 2) don't let the cats out!  They were very respectful of my wishes.  I gave them a brief tour of what needed to be cleaned, and the team of three women got to work and cleaned for two hours.  My house had not been professionally cleaned for four months, so it needed extra work.  The furniture gets cat fur on it, and they did a good job of getting the fur off the furniture.  They are very detailed.  Besides dusting, washing the floors, cleaning the kitchen, and cleaning the bathrooms, they cleaned the blinds, the ceiling fans, the oven, the garbage can, the outsides of the windows - all the things I don't have time to clean.  When they were done, my house was spotless and beautiful.  I work long hours in my profession, and I need to be able to rely on professional cleaners to clean my house.  I plan to use Arizona CleanPROS on a regular basis and highly recommend them.

The cleaners are quick and responsive to requests.  The house shines in the areas that they clean (they negotiated with us to meet the price that we needed).  The women who clean our home are wonderful and kind and do a great job.

I hired Arizona ClearPROS because of the positive reviews on Angie's List, and they did not disappoint.  I called, and they provided an estimate over the phone and gave me details about variables that could influence my final cost (i.e. cost per hour if they go over estimated hours).  I got an email confirming our appointment time.  They actually called to confirm the appointment in addition to the email.  They showed up on time, did all the work.  I am anal about cleaning, so I didn't think our house was too dirty moving out, but they cleaned everything, including cabinets, windows, etc.  I periodically employ a housecleaner (not AZ ClearnPROS) to clean our home on a monthly basis, but I never feel like she cleans the home up to my standards, but these girls did it all and was done up to par.  I would absolutely hire them again.

Called to ask if it was okay to arrive early as they were ahead of schedule. Yes! Company supervisor came with the crew as it was their first time at our residence. She and the whole crew worked hard,  efficiently and professionally. One of the best housecleaning jobs we have ever had. They are now our regular cleaners...

Deep cleaning of my 1000 sq foot home

We had a death in the Family, lots of people over to my mother-n-laws and we needed the main parts of the house cleaned before the funeral next week. They refused by policy because they must clean ever room. My mother n Law would not want anyone in her bedroom and a few other of her rooms are full of things and not ready for cleaning. They have a "Whole House" policy, I was willing to pay for a whole house, but that didn't matter as they do not do "Partial" cleanings. The most frustrating part is they cannot explain the policy,, it is just a rule, like the government a meaningless dumb counter productive rule that they follow no matter what. I also mentioned that she would need permanent help cleaning going forward but they where not interested only in maintaining a rule. The Soup Nazi's from Sienfeld show quickly comes to mind with this company.,  I told them I would not write this review if they could just tell me why this is their rule, they could not or would not.

Update:
They showed their dishonesty in their reply. I called them no names on the phone, that didn't happen until this review. I didn't have 1 or 2 rooms to clean I had over 2000 sgft of a 4000 sgft house for them to clean. I guess my mistake was mentioning I had some rooms not needing cleaning and that is when they said they couldn't do it and refuse to give an explanation. They made be good at house cleaning but their honesty and compassion obviously are lacking and they therefore deserve no ones business. Their answer was a perfect example of their attitude, attack the customer and do not even try and explain their "rule".

With three people, they are able to clean my entire house in an hour!  They are careful and thorough.  They came earlier even then the designated time so they were finished sooner as well.  They ask if I need to have anything else done and also if I am satisfied with the job that they have done. 
I recently moved into a new house and they cleaned the old house after I moved out so that it was clean and ready to be rented out.  They cleaned the new house also once I got in and got everything unpacked.  They did a good and efficient job in both places.

Arizona CleanPROS are absolutley terrific. From the first phone call to saying goodbye to the ladies everything was effortless. A crew of 4 women, led by Luz, arrived ontime and immediatly got to work. My Mother's house needed a SERIOUSLY good cleaning and these ladies delivered. I was onsite the entire time (waiting on the handyman that canceled aa well as other vendors) and at each phase of thier cleaning Luz asked me to review the work to ensure that I was happy. They never stopped to eat or rest. The cleaned every surface in the house as well as the windows inside and out in 4 1/2 hours! I can assure you that my late Mother's home has never been this clean! Luce and her crew were on time and quickly moved into action.A detail cleaning had not been done in some time and during the
work Luce was on top of a ladder cleaning the the corners of a 16 ft ceiling.All furniture was removed and the underlying wood,rug
and tile cleaned.The team didn`t stop during the 4 hr effort.No goofing off and  they exceeded our expectations.A bit on the high
side but in life you get what you pay for.

I called this company based on Angie's list about a month before my daughter's wedding.  I requested a one time deep clean and not general cleaning.  I specifically asked for window cleaning and baseboard cleaning.  This was promised and a price quote was agreed upon.
The cleaners showed up an hour and a half late after 2 or 3 phone calls to the company and 2 different stories as to reason for lateness.  The 3 women proceeded to do a general cleaning obviously their routine.  I asked the lead person to call the company to clarify what was to be done.  The company called me back to tell the extra cost and how many more hours it would be.  This is not what I asked for or was promised.  What they cleaned, they cleaned well.  No windows and no baseboards were touched.  The bathroom sparkled but this is not what I wanted.

I was very impressed.  The service showed up exactly on time (they told me 12:50, and they were there at 12:50).  The woman who introduced everyone and was in charge was very professional and I had no problems communicating with her (I think I read that was a problem on another review - but no issues at all here).  They had all the materials, including ladders, heavy duty oven cleaners, etc.  And I have NEVER seen that house that clean, even after other people have cleaned for me in the past.  I did ask for the vacancy cleaning, which is 2x the cost of their normal cleanings, but wow, it looks awesome.  They cleaned all the fixtures, blinds, appliances, all the windows (even scraping off a film one of my renters put on one of the windows which a handyman wouldn't do saying it'd take him too long).  I didn't even ask them to do that, they did it as part of the cleaning, that was great!  I have a room where the last tenant smoked (against the rules, I can't stand the smell of smoke) - and they paid special attention to that room to try to get everything in it as clean as possible.  It certainly smelled much better after they were done and that room glistened literally!!  They underestimated the time it took to clean it, so my quote was less than what I eventually paid, but their hourly rate is very reasonable and I have to say I am very impressed with the house.  They sent 4 people and it took them about 3 1/2 hours to do a 1300sqft house.  The only thing that I asked them to do was to call me when they were done so I could come check it out.  Instead I just got a receipt in my inbox.  I was a little worried  but there was nothing that they missed in the house, so I didn't need to ask them to do anything else, which is why I usually like to inspect the work before paying for it.  They were very responsible and locked up when they were done.  I would definitely recommend them if you want it done right the first time!

Wow!  My wife is out of town for a few days and I wanted to surprise her with a deep clean of the house.  First off, they arranged to have a crew come out the same day I called which is amazing.  They took an already clean house and turned it into a a masterpiece.  They scrubbed the top of the fans, vents, baseboards, walls, all windows and even organized my laundry room.  They even made cute little animal figures out of my daughters blankets.  It was above what I expected and they worked super hard for 3 hours.  Although I think they are a little more expensive than some other places, it was well worth it and I will call them again.
P.S.- Ask for Aida if you call!  She has the cutest personality and really provided an excellent experience!!  Next time I will demand that she comes even if I have to wait a little longer....she is that good.

Cecelia ran the 3 woman crew who came to deep clean my house (single male w/2 kids). A true deep clean hadn't been done on the house in years. When they clean, it is no joke. My oven looks like it has never been used, and grease stains from where my deep fryer sat for years are gone. Stains on the tile in my kid's playroom, gone. Very professional crew. Friendly and surpassed expectations. The supervisor even stopped by to make sure everything was up to par. These ladies did in 4 hours what would have taken me a month. They even arranged my daughter's dolls and stuffed animals.
