BLUEPRINT CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN, LLC is located in San Tan Valley, AZ but we serve all of Arizona as well as Southern California. We are a growing company priding ourselves on the fact that every client, big or small, receives and deserves our full attention. With two decades of experience in the construction industry, the founder, James Moretti, consults and works with a diverse team of contractors to assure the absolute best product, services, and price. Knowing that without proper communication between clients and contractors a small detail can be overlooked and lead to an expensive problem in the future.
