Jeremy from Blue Fox showed up at the time scheduled and provided a competitive price. Their price was within $5 of another company that had a lot more years in business. Their quote got Blue Fox a seat at the table. The clencher was the fact that they hadn't been in business as long as the other two companies, so I knew they would be more interested in doing the very best job they can. Looking at other reviews of Blue Fox confirmed this thought. We decided Blue Fox would get this business. Jeremy was scheduled for the following morning to install the new unit. As expected, he was right on time (it's nice when contractors are considerate of their customer's time and show up when expected!). Jeremy jumped right in. He had the old opener out and new one installed and working in short order. When he left, there was no evidence (except a new garage door opener) he was even there. He cleaned everything up before leaving.

I found Blue Fox Garage a doors through Angie. I got 4 estimates and was impressed with the Technician that came out and gave me the estimate. I scheduled the work to replace my 5 paneled metal garage door and the original lift motor. At the appointed day and time their Technician Ryan showed up and started work. Ryan did a great job, very friendly and professional. When Ryan completed the work in 108 degrees heat, me programmed two remotes and installed an outside key pad. He walked me through the operation of the door and lifter. He left my garage neatly and clean. I will have Blue Fox Garage Door do a yearly maintenance. I highly recommend Blue Fox for any garage door repairs or replacement. I also give Ryan my highest recommendation. A satisfied customer!

It was supposed to have a fee for the estimate, but they charged 89 dlrs.

Our garage door door was not opening properly, it would get stuck. We called Blue Fox and they sent out a technician within a day. He looked over the garage door and talked me through what needed to be done and gave a quote. He would have done the repairs on the spot but I needed to talk with my fiance first. I called the office back and scheduled an appointment for the repairs. The technician came within a few days and replaced the drive motor and replaced the springs with belts which are very quiet when opening and closing the door. The motor is equipped with wifi, very reliable and handy. I can access my garage door from anywhere if needed and I am prompted each time the garage is opened. They also replaced the number pad to the garage door just outside the door.

Terrible service. A year and I am STILL fighting with the doors as they LEAK and are NOT ALIGNED. They jackhammer on the way down because the tracks are not straight. (8 days ago I tried to reach out to them for warranty work - crickets). RUDE!! Blue Fox was supposed to be a 3 day install. Took 3 weeks. They were unable to figure out how to make it go up correctly. They had to hire a competitor company to come figure out how to fix their mistakes, get the proper type of lubrication, install the correct size springs, and add bracing that Blue was clueless should have been there. The A1 tech was able to understand the reasons for it not working just by looking at it, when the Blue techs were still scratching their heads clueless. 3 novice installers. They used my tools and supplies (ladders, saw horses, etc.) without even bothering to ask. I would have said yes, if they had been polite, but to use a homeowners supplies "at will" is just rude. They lied and tried to convince me to get a center track and told me that a side mount would not hold the weight of the door. Craftsman disagreed. Turns out - Blue confessed they said it simply because they are not that familiar with side mounts, so it scared them. Door would not go down on its own- I was the one that looked at the rails from the side and noticed that they were bowed and needed support to keep them from sagging and the door would then start down on its own weight. Was told that the ceiling lights would need to be moved as they were obstructing the supports. I paid a contractor to move the lights and then Blue decided they did not want to make new supports, (I guess because they spent more time than they expected on this job and were loosing money), and fed me a line that it was fine. After the doors were installed - the doors all of a sudden got stuck in the open position. It was a Saturday night and they do not answer their phones on the weekend. My antique car collection had to be moved to a neighbors garage to keep them from being exposed. On Monday when I finally got a hold of them - they wanted to make an appointment to close the door on Thursday. They corrected one problem by installing a center track without my approval, and when they were asked by my roommate if I approved it - he looked stunned (he new he was caught) and hesitantly replied YES, which was a lie. I was completely blind sided by his "resolution". They then charged my credit card for the balance even tho I did not authorize it, in addition to the contract stating that the balance was due "upon completion" which it still was not.

I actually had another door with broken spring in one week. I called Blue Fox again and have to admit both gentlemen were very professional and did their job with great results.
