Property Management
We lived in Highlands Ranch in Chino Valley for a number of years. We were one of the first few homes being built when they were starting. We bought into a HOA so we didn't have to look or deal with anyones crappy junk hole. Well, this HOA was a complete joke! When the market took a crap and numerous houses foreclosed some were then purchased and turned into rentals. What a mess. Nothing is more depressing then turning into your neighborhood and seeing the first two houses with weeds grown up peeking over the back fence. Weeds growing through the rocks in the front yards. Cars parked in the front yards, furniture in the yard and driveway and trash everywhere. It didn't matter what the holiday was they were just all combined. Lights left up all year. Halloween all year. Highly irritating. Went to the HOA-Hoamco on NUMEROUS occasions. Nothing. Asked them if they would like to look at the crap if it was next to their house, but of course not. Nothing was ever done even though they said they "talked to them" pffft bfd! So then Mandalay comes in and starts building their crap houses. Talked to the HOA and was assured that NO HOUSE under $250,000 would be built to bring down the others values. Yeah right. When they started building a 1400 sq ft house that some mn paid $20,000 over to get it above the $250,000 price. We stuck a for sale sign in our front yard and sold our house and was happy to get the **** out! Hoamco doesn't give a flying f* about the home owner...BUYER BEWARE!

HOAMCO is just about the most useless organization I have
ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their staff is rude and provides a
dismal level of customer service. Sadly, we are forced to deal with them
because they manage our neighborhood. Their service manager, Sarah Hoey,
completely lacks any ability to be gracious either. When we experienced a
problem with a neighbor and turned to them for help, Sarah routinely ignored
correspondence, and did not provide any useful information. I filed a complaint
against her, which was ignored by the company (complaints go to the web master
of their site who is not affiliated with company); I attempted to contact her
boss, Carol Rayle, but she too would not take my call or respond to my
complaint. Instead of handling our neighbor problem (a barking dog and loud
music) they sent us a letter stating that our neighbors had filed a complaint
against us for harassment... because we called the police on Sarah's
recommendation. They provided no evidence of said complaints, but sent the
letter on the same day I tried to get resolution. I believe they manufactured
the entire thing claiming the letter to be from the Board of Directors (but the
letter had no signatures) and have chosen to not become involved in the issue
at all. They refuse to respond to any further correspondence. This proves one
thing: they exist to line their pockets with our quarterly due money and
basically have no authority to enforce any neighborhood rules or policies.

They do a good job and I would use them again.
