Several times in the past 14 months, after I had put in a vacation stop, the paper was still being delivered. More than once, the paper was delivered two or three hours after the newspaper's own delivery deadline. When I talked to the circulation boss and the customer service manager, both acted like it was my fault and seemed very put out that I would lodge a complaint. The customer service manager blamed the carrier; the carrier blamed the paper. Plus, three times in four months I had to deal withe same accounting error. Absolutely the worst paper on the planet,

They delivered when I told them to "hold delivery" and did not deliver when I told them "start delivery again. There is no staff on duty on the weekend, so if you miss a paper on the weekend, you are SOL. This AFTER I spoke directly to the circulation manager - face to face. It seems that the employee that runs the delivery route I am on has a history of screw ups.
