Went awful, I took our 2007 Sante Fe in because the gas gauge was not working, they said it needed new fuel sensors. OK, we made an appointment for 6:45 am on a Saturday since the car had to be used for work during the week. They did not have it done until 3 pm. We picked it up, gas gauge still not working. Took it in again the next Saturday at 6:45 am, the time they told us to bring it in. When I asked, didn't they check things to be sure they work before giving it back to the customer? They said NO, they stated the customers would be upset if they put gas in to check it because the and quot;estimateand quot; would be off and the customer would be upset if the cost was $10. higher. (It is an estimate) So does this mean they don't check the brakes on a car after they do a brake job? How can you run a company without making sure the repair has been completed? You are in the repair buisness. They suck us Veterans in saying we get a discount, what good is a discount if it does not repair the problem? I quit even talking to them, I'll eat the $350. cost as that is the sum they sold their reputation for. Why set an appointment for 6:45 am when you admit you can not get the parts until the parts store opens? When I said something to the employee that I was unhappy they did not bother to check their work before turning the car back over to me, he stated and quot;So what do you want me to do, fire the guy?and quot;.........Real good customer service, blame the customer because you are not good at your job.

Nice people work there. Many other customers in the waiting room spoke highly of Sun Valley, most had been going there for years. One of the few places that take appointments and were right on time. I'll use them for all auto repair and maintenance such as oil changes, now. They really instilled trust.

They give excellent service and stand behind their work. They have very reasonable rates with veteran's discounts.
