I owned several small landscaping business...one being in Prescott, AZ. Approx. 15 months ago, I was contacted by Pierce Property Management to come out and give them a Bid ( a price) for a small landscaping job they wanted done on one of their large rental properties they currently manage. Apparently, the owner of this property demanded that it get done quickly for it was in bad shape. Thus, I hurriedly came out, met the management, we agreed upon a set price and the next day my crew and I were out doing the landscaping job. The finished product looked great. Here however, is where my problems began. When it came time to to get paid, Pierece Properity Management did not seen to wont to pay me? I will not get into all the troubling problems these people caused me, but months later they in fact did send me a check, but....the check they sent to me was for only HALF the amount of money that we initially agreed upon in the very beginning. When I called to complained I was basically told take it or leave it. Talk about bait and switch. I did take the money that they had sent me...for I was tired of fighting w\ith them to get paid. I did however lose money. I now seriously feel that I was taken advantage by them. In my opinion this company is not only borderline dishonest, but sneaky, as well as, a bit diveant. If anyone ever does decide to do business with them, for whatever reason, I highly suggest you think carefully about that decision. If they cheated me......they can certainly cheat you.

From the beginning to the end was just a bad experience over all. Getting a random call from the Associate Broker, Sherri, who stated that I did not respond to my emails or voice mails, it turns out that the mistake was on their end, something about someone else (it was never Sherri who took responsibility for anything), did not put my company in the computer correctly? It is funny how all of my voice mails get forwarded to my email account. So that I don't miss anything. She was still adamant that she left me several voice mails... She then gave me a "verbal work order" for the properties that I did and stated, "make them move in ready," I need to have them done by the end of the weekend. Which my company did. Presented the bill, several times with before and after photos, to the Associate Broker, Sherri, and she immediately disputed the amount, and told me that it was not they dirty, she also stated that she could not present this bill to the property owner? Conveniently, after 45 days of not getting paid I was told that another broker was now handling my bills! To date I still have not received full payment on the bills that were presented...Guess I will have to take them to court. I will never do business with them again. If you choose to do business with them beware, that they have no intention to pay you for your services!!!Shannon
Description of Work: Other Vendors Beware!!! They will give you a verbal to do the work and then not want to pay you, or they will offer less than half of what you verbally agreed upon. It is funny how the quality of work that my company did was never in question, they simply have no intention of paying at all! No wonder they can't seem to find cleaning companies to work for them.
