Load calculations make sure the recommended unit is the right size for your home. Diagnosed excessive noise in Trane A/C unit as Fan unbalanced which caused
bearing wear on the fan motor. Replaced both. Service was quick and efficient.

"We are sorry you feel this way. It is our professional opinion that due to the age and condition of your current system (20+ years old) that it is a better and safe choice to replace the system. Per the conversation between you and the technician, you choose to check with your home warranty company first before proceeding. We found the unit not responding. Indian Air stands behind our work 100% however, due to the age and condition; we can not warranty a repair such as faulty wiring or a leaky condenser due to a refrigeration leak."
