They called ahead to tell me they are on their way. They pretreated ALL the carpets, left no mess on the floor and also offered a 30 day guaranty should any spots reappear. I will use them again. Great job!

Everything went smoothly. Restoration was done to my liking and everyone was very professional except for one employee who was said to be in a quasi supervisory position. I just saw him one day and he tried to scare me regarding mold even though this was unlikely. He was suggesting an expensive evaluation but I declined with the approval of my claim adjuster. The "B" for professionalism was due to this one person. Otherwise, it would have been an "A". Even the sub contractors that this provider brought in, did a superb job.

Not at all happy about our overall experience with this company. They came out to complete the work as promised, and the interior work was done well and looked great. Completed on time. The roof re-shingling was done on time and looked good, until we had our first storm after their completion. Our roof started leaking in the same spot (causing additional indoor water damage in the same area as previously fixed). We called the company out to come look at it and they sent someone who doesn't speak english. They arrived, were there for about 10 minutes and when they were leaving I asked if it was fixed. He said "Si, is okay." after each time i asked for confirmation. The issue was still not fixed as evidenced by the continuing leak on the next storm. The company will now not accept responsibility for the roof leak (although they were in a big hurry to blame to roof quality for the initial leak and would happily replace the whole roof) or the additional damage to the interior. The roofers claim its the AC company's fault for not sealing and the AC company says its the roofers fault. Every time I have called this company, i just get a front desk girl who (although is very courteous) tells me she will have someone call me back. It is always at least a day, sometimes several, before I hear back from anyone and they don't have the information I left about the issue. Do not use this company if you can help it. If your insurance agency recommends them for service to your home, DECLINE.

The company itself was a very good company to work with. They had one employee who caused them problems and he's no longer with them. He abandoned the job in the middle and they fired him. They came in, took care of everything, and did it right. They were what I would consider more than fair. Their pricing was average.

It looks really good and they were able to get a good deal on the windows. They came out very quickly to estimate the job. The only wait was for the windows since they had to be special ordered. Once they were in, they installed them right away.
