 + -1 moreThere are not words to describe the wonderful experience I had with Kent Krueger and the United team. He was punctual (early). Listened, observed, investigated and presented options with the whys and hows. It was important to him to educate me on the process, timeframe and the product choices. Kent Krueger should run the company as the standard of excellence and performance. You literally could feel the care and they took on your burden as theirs. Job well done. Thank you for going out of your way to be excellent.
Description of Work: Complete replacement of air/gas heat unit, moving duct work, adding duct work, consultation on options and removal of old materials and unit.

 + -1 moreThe technician they sent out was very thorough, very energetic, she diagnosed our problem and fixed it and she did a really good job. She cleaned the unit while she was there to make sure it was cooling well and added free-on to it and she just did a very good job.
