Roofing
They were prompt to come out and start working, which they finished in about an hour. The repair came with a 1 year warranty. They told me this repair would last at least 3-4 years.
A few months later, a storm came through and blew the shingles off the roof that they had replaced. I contacted them to have them come out and honor the warranty, and the woman I spoke with said she would try to "squeeze me in" Tuesday. I also tried to reach out to the project manager that had worked on my roof, and when I told him there was a problem, he hung up on me. Tuesday has come and gone and no one has come out or even contacted me. I've tried calling both the project manager and office and both are set to automatic voice mail, as if they are not in the office.
Now a new storm is coming through and I'm worried that my roof will start leaking from the damage.
