The two installers came out to the house right on time. They did take about an hour and a half longer than they originally said, but I was okay with that since they were being meticulous with their finishing work. Overall, I am very pleased with how they came out and the price was good too!

These guys did a great job! They were polite and took care not to damage anything. They were thankful that we put out sawhorses on the patio so they didn't have to lean the glass doors against anything. I'd use this company again in a heartbeat.

After a recommended glass vendor recommended by my realtor did not show on their scheduled day, I called around providers I found off Angie's List. Price was right and appointment was perfect. A service provider who can accomodate your busy schedule and provide service on a public holiday means business and that is what True view is. Tech showed and was professional, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Would not hesitate to use their services again.

I would not use this company. I called this morning to set up an appointment for someone to come look at our windows, and the girl on the phone wanted to give me a quote over the phone instead. This is annoying because then I had to go measure the window and try to describe what it looks like and what problems we are having. When I asked about replacing the window, she transferred me to another department, who then didn't want to help me and wanted to transfer me back to the first person. I ultimately hung up and will not be using this company.

Their coordination and communication was horrible. Did not call back when they said they would. Did not show up for weeks at a time. Did not ever even finish giving me quotes for 4 other windows I wanted replaced. The bill was very high in my opinion. Over $500 for a simple thermal pane window (no tinting) and a screen (approximately 3' X 4').

True View measured and installed glass shower doors and enclosure for three new baths at our whole house remodel. We had several bids. True View's technicians did a more thorough job of measuring and gave me better options for swing direction to make the most of the spaces. The install went well and work was done in professional and tidy manner. We've also used True View to repair broken glass at a condo. Would definitely use them again.
